I booked and paid for this hotel 3 months before my trip. With 24 hours of check-in I received notification that my reservation had been cancelled. I was traveling with children and this added considerable stress to our holiday. It was high season and all other reasonably priced accommodations in Mykonos were taken. When I reached out to the hotel, I was told that they had informed ******* a week prior of the "relocation" (still completely unaccepatable). We ultimately found a fabulous family run hotel on the beautiful island of Tinos - Tinos Resort Hotel Luxury Suites - and we took a day trip into Mykonos. Although it worked out ultimately for my family, it is concerning that a hotel can cancel a reservation like this. It cost us hours of time, worry, and expense (we had already purchased ferries and local transport to and from Mykonos). It is important that reservations be honored.

Pretty view, but absolutely lousy accommodation. There is no hot water (maybe in summer but in April-May : nothing), It's dirty (dust, dirty dishes, insects even in the beds), the wifi doesn't work. Access to the beach or the port is a joke, good luck for athlets who want to do it by feet. And in addition the landlord is unpleasant. To flee !

Pas hôteliers : Pas professionnels dans leur communication (20 minutes d’attente pour le check-in sans aucune explication et sans nouvelles, le père du propriétaire vient nous donner les clés sans explication). On se retrouve dans un trou à rat sans fenêtre et extérieur… sauf que nous avions réservé avec extérieur et fenêtre. Propriétaire de mauvaise fois nous disant que l’appartement nous va mieux car plus grand lol Ce n’est que le lendemain qu’ils nous change d’appartement après bcp d’insistances de notre part car comprenez bien que cela les enmerdés ! Vaisselle sale comme les tiroirs ou les dessous de lits! Ménage fait par eux et sans une pincée de volonté. Usine à cash sans âme ni once de professionnalisme.

17/09/2022 una settimana in una stanza che non aveva nulla a che vedere con le foto del sito. Stanza sporca da polvere peli e insetti ovunque, condizionatore bloccato a 27 gradi quando funzionante con telecomando completamente distrutto, fonte luminosa sui comodini assente, mai effettuato cambio asciugamani, sul letto solo da un lenzuolo, il bagno sempre sporco e manopola dell acqua rotta rendendo difficoltosa la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua e stoviglieria quasi inesistente. All'esterno vista mare completamente impedita da arbusti e galline e gatti liberamente sporcavano l'ingresso in camera.

casa sporchissima appena arrivate, abbiamo chiesto di pulire perchè c’erano lenzuola e cuscini sporchi, ha cambiato una fodera su due, poi con disinvoltura è andata via, angoli di parete con ragnatele e tavolo pieno di polvere e insetti, infatti ci siamo rifiutate di tenerlo aperto. nei giorni seguenti abbiamo chiesto di pulire la stanza e ci ha cambiato solo le lenzuola, rimanendo pavimenti sporchi e comodini pieni di polvere. posto pessimo, si trova su salite non illuminate è molto ripide, sul sito c’era scritto che fosse a 500mt dal centro, ma in realtà è a un 1km e puoi spostarti solo con un mezzo di trasporto. Esperienza pessima in questo luogo, non ci andate.
