Ulasan Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach

Check in was easy and simple. Overall our room was clean, but yes this hotel is outdated and that is why it is priced the way it is! Honestly this hotel would be much better if the visitors would just clean up after themselves and lay off the *** smoking.

Oceanfront rooms. Balcony little small and I prefer not be on 9 th floor next time but all around good

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you

The room was horrible.. it had a very bad smell to it. Not clean. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe everything down. The room was very out dated. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Cleanliness is average..front desk staff are okay ! Room are okay for the price .just the house keeping wont come everyday..+ you have to get whatever u need in the room like toiletries and some for the kitchenette in the front desk.

The hotel was a good deal for the price the indoor pools were good if they had been warmer they would have been better

Excellent staff Most of the time key to room did NOT work! Did not like cigar smokers in hot tub and around pool area

It was dirty, the 1 girl behind the desk was very rude, no housekeeper ever came to our room we had to go get our own towels twice, we only had i small hot tube working, the bar was only open for a few hours, they never told us where anything was. I will never stay there again, we had to ask for utensils and stuff to cook with, we had to get the shower and phone fixed, they should be ashamed for haveing that hotel open, some of the stuff was great, then others were rude, i will never stay there tell any one to stay there either i would tell them not ever stay there, i come down every year to myrtle beach and i will make sure never to book this hotel again, worst stay ever,

There is a small kitchen, but untensils are only available upon request. I wasn't told this until I asked where they were and once I requested them, they didn't arrive until the next day, luckily I had no children to feed. The cleanlieness was so/so left over bobby pins in BR and bathroom faucet still had splatter. The check out clerk was nice and accomodating but that was upon departure. It's a so/so place.

This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel this first 2 times we’ve perfect but this time we were placed on a corner room and it was tight and not as clean or comfortable. Had to go to the lobby several times for the same item that was told that someone would bring to the room.

I was very disappointed because my room was ready for guest. Neither of my tv's worked, the stove was unplugged so we thought it was not working and our light in the bathroom was not working. I spent most of the my Saturday morning trying to fix things in the room that were wrong. One of the hot tubs were not working and was ice cold.

Love the oceanfront view and the convenience of the kitchenette in the room. Nice pools and spas and direct access to the ocean. Nice firepits at night and hammocks and chairs for daytime. Only disapointment was that ******* said TV were 50 inch (one of the main reason we booked there) and it was 32 inch.

Bugs in bathroom, dresser drawers broken, stove not working, lighting not working, smoke detector alarms at night for no apparent reason. Noises all during the night. Not planning on staying again.
