Hotel Perniagaan di Nagoya

During my recent four-day, three-night stay at The BCC Hotel & Residence, I found myself reflecting on a mixed bag of experiences. The hotel itself shows its age, with visible wear and tear on the facilities. We experienced significant inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning elevator, leading to extended waiting times to get to our floor. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best on the first day, though, fortunately, this issue did not persist. Cleanliness fell below expectations. I discovered unremovable stains on the provided towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A roach incident within the room was unsettling, to say the least. These hygiene issues might be particularly concerning if you prioritize cleanliness. Facility-wise, the aging infrastructure could benefit from a thorough renovation. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the overall ambiance and amenities felt more akin to a 3-star establishment. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of options. The quality of the food was average, with some dishes leaning towards the salty side. Nothing was particularly impressive or offensive. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes. Its prime positioning provides excellent convenience for travelers, making exploration of the area effortless. Additionally, the accommodation cost is quite affordable, a favorable factor for budget-conscious guests. In conclusion, while The BCC Hotel & Residence provides value in terms of location and price, there are marked areas for improvement. A committed effort to enhance hygiene and update facilities could elevate the guest experience to match its 4-star rating.

Lokasi yang bagus. Kami sangat menyukai watak hotel itu. Hotel ini penuh dengan seni yang hebat. Hanya tempat yang menawan. Mengambil kesempatan dari lokasi pusat bandar untuk berjalan kaki ke makan malam, melihat beberapa pusat membeli-belah dan bersenang-senang membeli-belah. Bilik-bilik adalah bersih, sangat selesa, dan keselesaan katil tidak dapat dikalahkan. Perkhidmatan adalah Terkemuka! Kakitangan sangat mengagumkan. Mereka pergi berulang kali untuk membantu menjadikan penginapan kami menyeronokkan. Terima kasih yang tidak terhingga kepada Fenti, Sarah dan Laura kerana menjadikan penginapan kami tidak dapat dilupakan. Pasti akan kembali!

Location, of course! - usually its fully booked and can be a bit pricey, but luckily, we manage to secure a room during the Christmas season week. I decided to book the same hotel which I stayed 2 years ago due to its prime location just opposite Batam Grand Mall. Easy to walk back after a late 🎬. Also, walking distance to my FAV SPA (Eska) and another mall (DC mall). We definitely return again next time!

First impression was disappointing. The reception didn’t know how to greet, he treat us like we were a trash just because we wear slipper t-shirt and short. I gave him my deposit and my ID card, he put it aside for like 5mins untill he took it impolitely. That’s not hospitality standard. We booked a room for 3 person, they give 4 towels, but only 2 mineral water and 2 slipper. The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor, found a paper receipt from previous guest under the side table, ALOT OF HAIR INSIDE THE MINI BAR!! And the bathroom, seems like it didn’t clear properly for long time ago, floor was dirty, water sinc as well. Toilet flush not working, we need to fix it by ourselves. Hairdryer only working for like 3mins then turn off and we need to wait for awhile until it can be on again. We prefer no facility was provided but whole place is clean. Surprisingly the restaurant was good enough, the food was good, service was good, only cleanliness need to improved.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! Everything was excellent—the service, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, and especially the value for the price. The only small downside was the check-in being a bit late. Overall, still a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

I have never been to Batam, and when choosing a hotel for this inaugural trip, I depended on reviews from previous customers. I concur with the positive reviewers. The hotel location is good, a short walk from Grand Batam mall and various food outlets. The room is large, with cozy beds and good Internet connectivity. They served excellent breakfast with good choices on the menu. Helpful and accommodation staff.

This hotel is generally satisfactory. Very clean and convenient, because it is near to big supermarket and shopping mall.

Hotel is pretty dated. Breakfast is not really good too. And the hotel is undergoing renovation on the ground floor so can hear all the drilling and can't chill in the hotel in the day. Although the room is supposed to be non smoking, the previous guest seemed to have smoked in there, so the toilet stink at the start. But the location is good, it is less than 5 mins walk to the Grand Batam mall.
