Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons: Service: The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience. Design: The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Size of the hotel: Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing what’s where in one single glance.

沖縄旅行の最終日に泊まりました。22年に出来たばかりなので、とても綺麗です。オーシャンビューの部屋も広々して素晴らしい眺めで、夕焼けや星空がたのしめます。HIYORIさんはBluetoothスピーカー、乾燥機付き自動洗濯機が部屋にあり、また冷凍庫に美味しいアイスキャンディー、売店で2,000円で売っている麻の手提げ袋のサービスもあります。連日30度の暑さで、洗剤から柔軟剤まで用意されていてとても助かりました。またBluetoothスピーカーは、自分の好きな音楽をBGMに流せ、滞在中ずっと流してました。同価格帯のホテルを随分と泊まってきましたが、ここまで客の立場から考えられたホテルは初めてです。大浴場も24時までからと、5時から入れます。夕食の洋食コースも及第点ながら、夕陽が絶景の席に並んで座れるテーブルに案内してくれるおもてなしも素敵な沖縄の夜にしてくれました。朝食も沖縄の食材が多く、またパンやチーズも豊富です。工夫して頂く朝食も楽しく、100%のジュースや、ジャムはおすすめです。 12時チェックアウトもありがたく、ゆったりのんびり寛げます。HIYORIさんは夫婦やカップルでゆっくり寛げる大人のホテルだと思います。また沖縄に来る事があれば是非再訪したいと思います。

I really enjoyed staying at this condo and highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay near Naha. For Japan, it was spacious. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower was outstanding. We stayed on the 8th floor with a view of the harbor and canal. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having some drinks. The room was very quiet. The room has plenty of lighting, USB charging ports and outlets. We did not have any plans to cook in the room, but a negative to others might be that the room did not have any eating or cooking utensils. No plates or pots either. Maybe that could be supplied on request, but I really do not know. There is a washer and dryer in room. Be sure to bring detergent with you. The location worked very well for us. We were a short walk away from the ferries which we had scheduled. The walk to Kokusai Dori Street was about 15-20 minutes. A note to non-Japanese speaking travelers...there is very little English at this condo. I received several communications via e-mail after booking the room and it was all in Japanese. Inside the room, everything was in Japanese. I am not sure if the staff speaks English because my wife is Japanese and handled everything once we were at the condo. Just be aware that if you do not speak or read Japanese, it may be challenging for you.

数年前にANAコンチネンタルのクラブ棟を利用させてもらい、全てにおいて夢のような滞在をさせて頂きました。 今回は一人旅ということもあり、少々節約してオーシャンウィングへ宿泊させて頂きました。 金額の差があるので、お部屋の中が多少差があっても仕方のない事ですが、スタッフのスキルがこれほど格差があるのはいかがなものでしょうか？ 同じANAコンチネンタルホテルですよね？ チェックインの時のスタッフは最悪でした。 とにかく、話がいつも中途半端でハキハキしない。 私が言ったことを復唱しない。結果、予約をお願いした件もとれていなかった。 他のスタッフはもっとスキルがあると思いたいですが、期待して意気揚々と伺っただけにショックは大きかったです。 私も同じサービス業をしております。 お互い、相手の立場に立ってスキルをもっともっと磨いていきましょう。

This property not linked by Airport Limousine . One needs to take airport limousine to hotel Vessel Campana .With lighter luggae a walk 15 minutes to hotel .Option is to take a taxi 600 yen to the property . Limousine during day time took above 2 hours . Taxi costed Yen 5200.00 and less than an hour . Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .
