Good position, there are convenient store just in the corner and many restaurants nearby..I would recommend to anyone who wanna travel in Nagoya!

The location was so convenient for transportation and dinner as well as shopping!!!!

The room aircon is not working. Trying to adjust temperature lower, and it doesn't seems working at all. Check out time is too early 10am, never check out by 10.30am will have extra 2000 yen charges. Overall hotel is ok.

This hotel is convenient with many restaurants, izakaya to choose and experience for. Also near to train station and convenience store. Only that the room & toilet is a little small A little inconvenient to open suitcase in full. Other than that , it’s ok

Very near Nagoya station. Staff are very friendly. Amenities can be found at level 1 lobby. A lot of stuff to take.

Competitively priced, good quality, and convenient location. This hotel is a couple of streets away from the main Nagoya station with access to JR, Meitetsu, subway, an Aonami lines, which should cover most of the major sights and coming from/going to the airport. It is also very close to the pick up point for many day tours. One minor issue is that if you approach from one side of the hotel, its name sign is obscured by a tree, which could make finding it difficult the first time you visit. There is actually another Via Inn a couple of streets away and if you pop in to ask them where this hotel is, they will help show you the way. Hotel room is about standard size for Japanese business hotels and clean. Air con takes a little while to start up but is certainly adequate and much appreciated during the hot summer. Staff are friendly and efficient when checking in and out. They are happy for you to leave your luggage there after checking out as long as you pick it up the same day. Tea bags and drip coffee are complimentary, with self-serve refills on the ground floor. Ice machine is on the second floor as are four washing machines, although these are very popular and usually fully utilised with a queue of people waiting too. Guest mix is mainly mainland Chinese and Hong Kongers with the occasional Japanese. There are many places to eat in the surrounding streets, including izakayas, Korean BBQ, Chinese, and many Indian/Nepali places. The restaurants/pubs can be quite lively at night with people spilling into the streets to eat/drink/chat with their friends. In addition to the big malls above the JR station, there is a Bic Camera and 100 yen store down the street from the hotel, many convenience stores, and a 24-hour supermarket and drugstore a short walk away.

friendly staff, good location, quiet to stay, definitely a return. Non japanese staff is having trouble understand english, had to repeat the same sentence several times.

This was the first time we encountered a cockroach in a Japanese hotel, rooms are unclean, someone’s hair were on my bed!

Room is clean but small . Staffs are helpful . Location is good , very close to Nagoya Station and Big Camera .

Probably this is the best hotel breakfast I have in Nagoya! Would wish to stay few more days just for breakfast 😍 the toilet and bathroom is spacious and clean, it would be best if the pillow can be more fluffy

Standard Japanese hotel (small but still clean), hotel is located on the less busy side of Nagoya station and the exit was a bit challenging to find in the first few days
