Ulasan Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel

Saya membuat kejutan hari jadi untuk sahabat saya. Kakitangannya baik. Dengan kad hari jadi semasa pembayaran Saya mendapat coklat dari sisi hotel Kawan baik saya juga gembira. Lokasinya sangat baik kerana betul-betul di sebelah stesen Nagoya.

I love the location right at the center of the bustling city of Nagoya. You can grab anything from last minute shopping to food and even a small supermarket at the 1st floor lobby. Connected to JR station and gate towermall below is Takashiimaya. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit with my family.breakfast was really good. Lots of variety to choose from.

Great location, great view from the room, nice service, comfortable bed and pillow, very good quality and many choice of the breakfast buffet. Just a bit busy on the front desk, you have to spend few moment to line up for check-in.

Facilities is a bit old but clean, amenities are well refilled everyday and they made the room very tidy and clean every day, like the service. But most important is the super convenient location , it also has a good view.

The location is very convenient which is close to JR and MTR, within 2 minutes walk. The room is spacious, clean & cosy.

the hotel is in a very central location, near brand shops, shoppingballs and fish market, in the same building just below 2 floors without going out you have all kinds of meals offer. the staff from the hotel is very nice. the room from the breakfast have a great viewfor the city，and the breakfast have a lot of offer. highly recommended place to stay when visiting Nagoya.

Center of the city, busy and convenient, need to pay extra for using the fitness centre as an option. Overall, very good stay!

We stayed as family for two rooms. I must say the experience wasn’t the most satisfactory one. The room cleaning was below standard for a 5 star hotel. Most importantly, the curtain can’t be closed properly which means you would be wake up super early in the morning due to sunlight. They fixed it by putting a “magic tape” it did not fix the problem and we were tired from insisting change room due to the poor English proficiency but they tried to communicate with us regardless, good effort trying . If you are sensitive to light , don’t stay in this hotel. It’s not the worst staying, but definitely don’t expect this from Marriott. What I would suggest to the hotels are to change your curtain , and change rooms for your guests because the magic tapes just don’t work :)

Tub is very dirty, and the photo has removed some big one because I cannot image these were wipeable dirty. I responded it to the hotel, and they didn’t provide any solution to recover. After the discussion, they changed other room, but wasted my a lot of time. However, changed the room, there are some dirty in the tub. I felt very surprised. Hotel staff had bad communication via English in the night. I lived three days, and the pad of control are broken in two days, but I didn’t want to argue it with them in the night, because it may waste my more time.

The sauna is on the other site of the building which is quite far and need to pay for the serve
