We only stayed 1 night, mid-oct, so the experience is limited. It was spacious. Facilities seemed new. The shower had good pressure and temperature control. Staff were friendly and could speak English. Helped us with managing the parking of the car without zero issues. The location is great, right smack in the middle of the shopping street of Naha. Would definitely return!

Probably the best hotel in the walking street area. The property feels luxurious and well-designed, with paid parking available. In the room, complimentary drinks were provided, including bottled water, Okinawan beer, and tea, which was a nice touch. What I loved the most was the bathroom design—it featured a modern standing shower instead of just a bathtub, which I personally preferred. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. （View from the room) The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the walking street. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and great quality. Another highlight was the soundproofing—the room was completely quiet, and I had the best sleep. Overall, a truly impressive stay and highly recommended.

Staying in this hotel was excellent decision! Room was so spacious and clean with all necessary amenities and free drinks from mini bar 👍 Buffet style breakfast was on point as well with a great variety of food 🤤 The location of the hotel is just perfect and so convenient, it's right in the middle of Kokusai-Dori with lots of convenient stores around, souvenir shops, restaurants and of course a famous Blue Seal ice cream store It is also so close to Ferry port and Airport 👌 The staff is so nice and helpful 🫶 Highly recommend to check this hotel for your next stay👍👍👍

This was the best hotel in our three months okinawa stay, awesome experience!!!

I must say the location of the hotel is excellent! It’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport and is situated right on the shopping street, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. Despite being located in the busiest part of Naha, the room was relatively quiet, allowing us to sleep well. To my surprise, the mini bar was complimentary. The hotel had everything we needed, including gym and ofuro that were open until midnight. Definitely recommend this hotel to you!

Superb location . Clean and good size . Close to plenty of food choices and the shopping street.

Hotel was great value with some good ammenities. Very central location in the city which is good if you want to be in the center of Naha. Room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel and clean. Overall Happy with our experience, would recommend.

Staff helped to make reservation for barber service nearby. And the barber did a fantastic job.

Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

The hotel offers good services, facilities, and location. However, the car parking management is poor, as the car elevator operates very slowly, causing long wait times to park or retrieve vehicles.

The views are just amazing from the 12th floor, definitely recommend booking on the higher floors Rooms are clean and are wide enough for 2 people.
