A beautiful place. Ideal location to relax. Great service and friendly stuff. Nice pool. Beautiful beach. It is close to the airport. Which is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time. Fast transfer - top. But far away from the main part of phuket.

We wanted to stay in a hotel close to the airport that also offered the luxury we needed, and JW Marriott did not disappoint!! We were greeted and welcomed by Julian. He offered us welcome drinks and assisted with check-in. The room was spacious, super clean and we had a good view of the garden and ocean. The bathroom is a little dated especially when compared to other Marriott's but it wasn't a big deal for us. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! It's more expensive than most places but it's worth every penny! The Andaman restaurant served delicious food. We love the seafood curry. Tee was so attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We also loved the Big Fish. Yok, Jaeb, Joey and Nam where the best!!! They made our holiday extra special. Yok entertained our kids and they loved his little tricks. Jaeb's cocktails were divine!!! The children loved the Kids Club as well. Friendly, attentive staff that made our kids feel safe and welcomed. The only thing we can complain about is that Big Fish was very hot but they did provide fans. We will definitely return!

It’s in a secluded area. Need rides to go around which is bit costly. But the beach and pool is great. Downside, we’ve stayed for 5 days 4 nights, breakfast is the same menu everyday. Hopefully this will improve.

Too far from everything. Beach is to shallow. Practically not possible to swim in the sea.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and breafast was beyond awesome. Would recommend everyone to go.

We really enjoy our stayed , very kids friendly and the swimming pool is awesome and the Nai Yang beach is beautiful. Pool access room type are the best!! Breakfast have great varieties & staff are very attentive. The buggy attendants are super helpful ( Breeze is the one who always put on his smiles😊), thank you once agian for giving us a memorable holiday.

I recently stayed at this resort in Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for those who arrive at night as it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport. The next day, when I woke up and went to see the sunrise, I was truly amazed by the beautiful view of the private beach. It was a breathtaking sight to behold. The food at the restaurant was equally impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend trying the local dishes, as they were especially delicious. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt like a valued guest. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phuket. The location, view, food, and service are all top-notch. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

The hotel is well managed, the staff is super friendly, the restaurants offer really great food, the pool is great, just a really good place to relax. As far as the beach is concerned, we were a bit disappointed, we simply love beaches here where you can swim directly in the sea, it is very shallow here, which definitely makes it more attractive for families. Furthermore, we had very shifted tides due to the full moon, which meant that we only had low water. The hotel beach is well maintained, which cannot be said about the adjacent beach sections. There was already a lot of rubbish here, it's a shame if everyone collected a few plastic bottles on their walk, it would be a huge benefit. A tip for everyone: there is free still water in the restaurants with your meal, you just have to ask, it's a shame that this isn't offered directly. All in all a top hotel, well-kept facility highly recommended.

Hotel is good, but if you want enjoy the sea it’s not your choice. Villa with private pool is amazing. Restaurants serve delicious food, service is good. Great place for relax. Nearby airport. 15 min by car.
