Ulasan Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach

The environment is very beautiful and the facilities are very good. It is very suitable for a family to travel and live. However, the location is remote, and there is no way to find some special snacks. You need to take a taxi to other places.

Rooms 10/10. Spacious and clean, good air conditioning, super comfortable bed and pillows. Didn’t like the food at room service much, maybe the products are of high quality but the cooking could be improved. However, the breakfast was great as you have plenty of options to choose from. Didn’t feel very welcomed as one night guest during check in process, wasn’t provided breakfast time,location etc. I can say there was no service at all, I had to ask questions, ask for help with luggage etc. Later, I met a man at the reception who was very nice and kind, if not him - the overall impression of the hotel service could be disappointing.

We loved it here! Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean facilities. Ok location. Would stay again.

Our experience at Phuket Marriott was marred by the staff’s poor handling of an issue. Trip.com sold us a package of 2 nights with half board meals for all 4 of us, which means breakfast as well as either lunch or dinner are included for  us all. The staff had doubts so had us email trip.com confirmation to check. Clearly disputing what trip.com confirmed us in writing, they asked us to pay extra for 2 guests’ meals at the end of dinner. Well, we wouldn’t pay so they sent in a manager to argue with us for 15 minutes, accusing us of going in circles and not letting us leave. We held our grounds.  The next morning, they had the decency to send another manager to apologize to us over their attitude, and ensure that we wouldn’t have to pay extra. But the story didn’t end there, as the bill for the 1st dinner we wouldn’t sign, was still included in the final bill before check out. We had to explain it again before they took the dinner amount away.  Trip.com responded in a different manner. Understanding the issue after my brief explanation through the message box, they immediately apologised, called me to ensure  we wouldn’t  have to pay extra and even gave us 200hks worth of trip coins for the inconvenience caused.

The hotel is located closed naiyang beach. The staff is verry helpful and smiling,friendly , your room is verry comfortable and clean, breakfast is verry good and delicious.

Service is great, but a bit confusing about all inclusive package, there’re unexpected charges due to order a snacks. Don’t understand still, but we rush to check-out on the last day.

The service was super good. However the location a lil bit isolated. Overall it was good.

Comfortable room, variety choices for breakfast but tsste was average. Dinner at big fish restaurant was excellent. Good food quality and service crew was attentive.

Stayed here two years back and the hotel has been at the back of my mind because of the wholesome experience we had! So glad the hotel fulfilled our request of being assigned the same room as our stay previously!

Nice hotel near to the airport and the beach is super funny, food are super delicious

All staffs are friendly and helpful, they respect their job, bring the joy to customers. Food is good, swimming is big and not busy, one of the great resorts we have stayed.

Our stay at nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, with stunning architecture and breathtaking scenery. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making us feel truly valued. The kids' club was a delightful surprise, with engaging activities and caring staff who quickly learned our children's names. It was a wonderful way for them to make new friends and have fun. We dined at The Andaman and Big Fish several times and were consistently impressed by the delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, our experience at Nai Yang was unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

The buffet breakfast is very good! The food in Mama’s kitchen are delicious. All staff are very nice and we really enjoyed the time staying here.
