Great! The bed was very soft and it's super close to the monorail station.

hotel location near MRT station and there is Aeon suparmarket and Yoshinoya restaurant next to it, room is clean and tidy, you can park car at supermaket parking lot 24 hrs open and get anything you need from supermarket anytime which is very convenient. kitchen utilities are pretty comprehenvice to have meal cooking by yourself. the things to improve is the remote control of air con. temperature is not stable and the response vis Trip.com message is slow

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The room was big and clean and the location was convenient. There are a few convenience stores nearby, and it’s only a 6mins walk from the monorail. It would be better if there were free luggage storage and a water dispenser. The owner was very responsive, although only speak Japanese.

The room was quite spacious, and check-in was convenient. However, the soundproofing was a bit poor. On two nights, late into the evening, I could hear thumping noises from upstairs, which really disrupted my sleep.

The host response rate for pre-trip Q&A is high, and it feels like home. The downstairs door can be opened through the intercom. There's laundry and drying facilities, small cooking facilities, and self-service garbage sorting. No water is provided, so you have to cook. There's also wifi. Dining options nearby include Yoshinoya, a pizza parlor, and Tsuru Noodles. Aeon Supermarket is also convenient, with parking available for 400 yen from 20-08. Self-driving travelers can refer to nearby paid parking, which isn't a problem. Don Quijote Tsubogawa is open until 3 a.m. for easy restocking.

The B&B is very considerate and has all the facilities a family would need. It feels like living in your own home.

Overall, the experience was quite good. Suggestion 1: Because parking spaces are limited, the host will ask if you want to reserve a space (with a fee). If you're unsuccessful, we recommend emailing you to let you know so you can be prepared. Suggestion 2: Thank you to the host for thoughtfully arranging a staff member on-site for guests to ask questions. Unfortunately, guests had no idea where to contact them! We recommend mentioning this when emailing you. We checked in around 4 PM and were surprised we didn't have a reserved parking space! We called the host to ask where to park, but due to the language barrier, communication was a constant hurdle. Just as we were about to give up, we learned the staff member was in Room 301. Upon contact, we realized we hadn't reserved a space. Despite this, we're grateful to the staff member for resolving our issue and providing us with parking at a nearby convenience store.

The bed was too soft for me, and the amenities were a bit old. The hair dryer nozzle was cracked and might need replacing. The location was okay, with a FamilyMart, 7-11, and supermarket nearby. The tram station was about a 5-minute walk away. Payment was in cash upon arrival and refunded via TripAdvisor. We checked out at 10:00, and the host rang the doorbell at 10:00 sharp. We ended up leaving at 10:10. Thank you for the 10-minute grace period.

This was my first time booking a room with a contactless host. TripAdvisor customer service was very helpful and kept me informed. But on arrival day, I went to the building's mailbox, and there was nothing there. 🫠 My name was on the mailbox, but there was nothing inside. I immediately contacted customer service, explained the situation, and they immediately addressed it. But the host didn't check the message right away. We waited downstairs for over an hour in the scorching heat. The host even said the key was in the mailbox and asked us to check. I was so angry I almost vomited blood. I said I'd even checked other people's mailboxes, but there was nothing there. Then I waited a while longer, and the host finally came down to check. -_- She was inside the building the whole time!!! But she never came down. Then she said the key was already there, and maybe another guest had taken it by mistake. That wasn't the point anymore. I asked if she could give us another room to use. "You can deal with the key later." Then we just waited for her to find the key for the other room and give it to us. It was already dusk when I got the key... 🥲 Also, travelers, please be careful when you get your room key; your actions can be inconvenient for others. Regarding the room amenities, it was clean and hygienic, and felt like home. It had a washing machine, dryer, and a double-door refrigerator, which was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the duvet and bed covers were high-quality and high-quality. There was a balcony for hanging clothes. Due to the room design, one bed wasn't properly covered by the air conditioning, so I needed a fan. The fan wasn't working, so the host replaced it around 9 a.m. the next morning. So, I didn't sleep very well that first night.

The hotel is very close to Tsubogawa Station, just a 5-minute walk away. It offers a fully self-service check-in process and a simple check-out process. The room was relatively spacious, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly and were very clean. The kitchen was also very good, with a refrigerator, kettle, and stove. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Okinawa again!
