"The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s a 4-minute walk from the monorail station. The room was on the 8th floor, with a view of the surrounding area. The room itself could be extended, with an additional door leading to the neighbouring room. Towels are changed every day, and bottled water is provided daily as well. Breakfasts are just right. The only drawback is the position of the toilet – it’s too close to the wall, and your thigh ends up pressing against the toilet roll."

"The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic."

"Seriously great value for money! The breakfast was just okay; after two days, I couldn't face it anymore. It's very close to a bus stop, but the subway station is a bit of a walk. Kokusai Street is also walkable. There's another bus stop right near the entrance of the hotel. Plus, there's a large supermarket close by, and their cherry tomatoes were delicious!"

"The service was good and friendly. The hotel although a bit dated, the details were really superb, like L’occitane skin care samples, handwash, shampoo & conditioner and body lotion. Same with the breakfast buffet with self-service fresh fruit station, taco station, a grill to warm the grilled fish and delicious beef and even local delicatessen like miki (enjoyed for the first time). The onsen was nice but it closes too early. The toilet in our room was of a bigger size compared to other hotels, that was a plus! And many other little things that made our experience memorable"
