全部で3日間の予定でしたがとても立地がよくハウスクリーニングもとても綺麗なのでもう一泊泊まる事にしました！ お風呂の水の水圧もしっかり出ますし、お湯もちゃんと出ます。 フロントの方もみんな優しいです。 フロントは24時間やっているので安心です

Our first stop on a safari trip through Kenya took us to the Palacina and I'm so happy we landed there. We were early to check in but the staff took our luggage and welcomed us with coffee and a lovely seat on the patio while they got our rooms ready. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean. The beds had mosquito netting over them but we never saw one the whole time we were there. The bath had an excellent shower and sink area. We did not use the tub but it looked lovely. There is also a sitting area with TV but we never turned it on. We did enjoy the balcony looking out over the garden entrance. We had several meals there and all were well prepared and tasty. The staff can not do enough for you. They are always happy, eager to help, and attentive without being intrusive. Security here was also good with staff checking the entering cars and a large fence around the entire complex. There are a world of amenities we did not take advantage of due to our touring schedule including the pools, spa, etc. but perhaps on our next visit to Nairobi we'll be lucky enough to stay here again.
