The night service is not good. I asked for water, but they said I had to come down and go to the bar to buy it and drink it. When I called, they said they would bring it, but they didn't. I called 5 times and they still didn't bring it, so I went to the lobby and asked, and that's what they said. When I complained during the day, they laughed and told me to do whatever I wanted with it. I wondered if this was how a 5-star hotel should be. I began to wonder if I should receive this kind of service.

I cant believe my airpod pro is stolen from my 5-star hotel room. And I keep telling the staff and nobody cares!

Very good service,very good clean room

Nothing serious, everything was good. But I lost my airpod there. It is a shame that a 5-star hotel cannot find a way to locate my device, where the last location was in my room.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

The Hotel is very bad. I checkin and have to wait over two hours for the Room Clean. From 5 PM to 7 PM

The hotel is perfect for a short stay before departing from either Wilson or JKIA airports. The rooms are very spacious and facilities in the hotel are first class. Staff are very helpful

Great place and very central

All good all staff were kind and welcoming. And I appreciate the reception staff who were very kind and helpful to check me early morning and gave me an excellent large room. Very pleasant stay.

感覺一般吧，位置偏點

還可以呢，環境比較不錯。安靜，但是餐飲需要提升一下，希望可以更完善一點呢，哈哈，下次有機會去的話，還會再次入住

Das hotel ist ok,preis leistung verhaeltnis ist ok.die küche ist sehr gut.nur die lage ist einbischen abseits. Alle hotel angestellte sind sehr nett und gilfsbereit. Bis auf einen jungen mann an der rezeption,sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt,sowas von unfrwundlich.das war das einzigste negative an meinem aufenthalt.
