Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und die Security waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr willkommen genießen. Generell fand ich es dort sehr angenehm. Das einzige was mich sehr enttäuscht hatte, waren die Mitarbeiter für die Zimmerreinigung. Ich hatte Oberteile im Schrank gehabt und zwei wurden mir dort geklaut. Ich hatte dem Manager bescheid gegeben und er hatte mit dem Zuständigen für die Reinigungskräfte gesprochen. Diese kam dann zu mir und meinte Sie würde sich darum kümmern und zu einem Späteren Zeitpunkt bei mir melden, was aber nicht geschah.

I stayed here 3 nights. Rooms are clean and fairly basic. Good shower. Few staff but efficient. Breakfast is fairly standard - cooked eggs offered. No bar or swimming pool but does have gym Good bar round the corner. Situated on quiet road with good access to main roads

The place was clean with friendly staff ( they made me feel at home) and near restaurants and grocery shop. spacious bedrooms and showers. but the water in the shower took long to warm up and breakfast could be improved to include more continental items

Visited the hotel on valentine, and the whole experience was awesome, the dinner was so yummy especially the lamb chops and the prawn soup . very professional staff, Nicholas and Cornelius made our stay comfortable. will return. swift check in and check out, thank you for accommodating our request.

Pros * Wide, clean room * Moderate price * Stress-free * Quiet Cons * None. Room, hot water, restaurant, laundry, staff, all service was good. I had no complaints about their service. This hotel is recommended for people looking for suitable accommodation around 100 dollars.

I was very pleased by my stay at the monarch hotel, the staff are very nice i like all the service they provide and the room is very comfortable. I would definitely come back here and i would recommend it.

Cornel, Jemimah, Peter and liz were very caring and helpful in our conference meeting. The food was delicious and to spice it up the snacks killed it coz the snack were freshly made. Tho I loved the wings more..we will be back for the services.

A very enjoyable stay in a great location. The room was very well maintained, food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again in the future! The only real issue being the excercise bike in the gym needs fixing so that two effort levels can be increased

I really appreciate how the staff are keen to what I needed when I checked in, making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The meeting facilities, are also really nice! The meals were also very well made and presented. I enjoyed my two day stay at The Monarch! I'll be back as always.

The rooms are spacious and the meals are good. A good recommendation for a family out with nice environment . Very friendly waiters and waitresses and warm n smily receptionist .. Liz can assist you
