The hotel was nice for the area, but I wouldn’t choose St. Julian’s again after visiting. There’s loads of construction all around the hotel, and the crowd was mostly young people there to party. Beach was very dirty and crowded, so if that’s what you’re looking for go further north on the island 🏝️ Pros: Hotel room was spacious with a balcony. Rooftop pool was a good size and had umbrellas. Happy hour 5-7 (half price cocktails), water dispensers all around Cons: lots of hair in the bedding, limited amenities, noisy from other guests (seemed many stayed 4-to a room), breakfast simple and very little non-animal products.

A mixed review of this hotel. The room was nice and very clean, but faced the front of the hotel with a bar located opposite which was extremely noisy until the late early hours of the morning. The air-conditioning was set for each floor and the room was very stuffy, as we couldn't open the balcony door due to the noisy bar, however the staff arranged for a portable aire conditioning unit for us which was a game changer regarding the room temperature and air quality. Breakfast tbh was a bit hit and miss, but the breakfast staff did their best to accommodate you. At 15 euros per head it was expensive. All the staff we encountered went out of their way to help you with any problems and sort them out. We are Accor diamond members, but relieved no recognition of this other than a welcome drink. My husband ordered a Jack Daniels and Coke, but was only served the Coke. When he questioned this the bar tender looked at him as if was mad, and it took another member of staff to say to him that Jack Danials had in fact been ordered. The pool was nice about 25 degrees in December and was refreshing. Would we stay again. Hmmm would be down the list as its also quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern without being sterile. Hotel staff, especially the front desk, were extremely accommodating. Many restaurants in the neighborhood as well as lovely places to stop for coffee, a dink, etc. Highly recommended.

We were given a room where the a/c was not working. They said it would be fixed but, it was a hot night! Could not open the sliding door because the party noise was too loud from the outside. I felt like I was at the party! Finally, the next night after the a/c problem was still not resolved, we were given another room. This room was in the back and heard very little noise outside. After that our stay was enjoyable. Room was clean, pool looked inviting (did not use). Did not eat at the restaurant so have no comment. Breakfast had enough choices of different foods. Located quite conveniently near restaurants and other areas.

Decent size rooms but if you have to stay there get a room at the back. Rooms near the street are noisy as there are loads of bars in the area and music and screaming youngsters until 3-4 am. Breakfast is modest but fine for most travelers. Location is very close to town center.

Easy to reach from aeroport. Well placed next to bars and restaurants boutike hotel with fine design and exelent cusine. Just around the corner from Mercury Tower. A few steps from restaurants and pastizzi place. We have enjoed wisit to Popay Village, Old Mill on Magar Island, and of course the Old Town Palace. Opted for one day hop on hop off bus and then engoyed swimmingpool and food rest of our holiday

The hotel is vacation home for teenagers as is the whole surroundings. Due to overbooked during summer, I had to stay at number 11 for 2 weeks for business trip, the experience was awful from beginning to end. I checked in, i was changing and a hotel employee just opened my hotel door unannounced - and same happened to my work colleague. Is not possible to lock the room - which feels very unsafe for woman traveling alone and even more summing the events. Breakfast is good - but only opens at 7:00 aiming the people coming back from Snt. Julians night life. I stayed on the 7th floor, the view was another hotel pool area - where parties take place everyday . From the room is very noisy. There additionally a construction on going close to the hotel that disturbs even more the already chaotic traffic in the city. If are coming to Malta for business avoid this area.

Avoid this hotel, I would give 0 stars if I could. Originally had a booking made through *******. I cancelled it but there was a malfunction through the ******* app so the cancellation didn’t go through. The hotel was made aware of this and charged me £250 anyways claiming it was a no show. ******* said they’d refund me recognising the issue but as the hotel charged me directly, they’d have to accept however the staff at the hotel refused to co-operate and told me it’s “not their problem”. Was going back and forth on email and received patronising responses, attitude and a complete lack of understanding. (Especially from Tathiana Chermont). I have never experienced customer service this bad in my life. If you are staying here, just make sure you have no issues because I can assure you they won’t help you.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Wonderful, modern hotel with a fabulous pool on the roof deck. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Rooms are large and airy with balconies and the staff keep them spotlessly clean. I can’t wait to go back. Close to fabulous shopping, the bus line and many bars, restaurants, shops, and cafés

Nice place. Very friend check in staff. The restraunt had great food, wonderful old fashions, and fabulous staff. Rooms are great. Had maid service every day, that's unusual in the states. Everybody was so kind. Only thing it was very hot in the room and they couldn't turn it down. We turned heat off and kept patio door open.
