Ulasan Abloom Exclusive Serviced Apartments

Don't be fooled by the old look of this serviced residence cum hotel. The interior remains deserving of its 4-star status. Excellent facilities including a pool, jacuzzi and gym. The restaurant prices were typical of a 4-star hotel. The facilities were all in good working order. However, my only gripe was that the complaints of either hot or cold water were true. You could not get a lukewarm mix in between.

Perfect every time I stay here, but this time I have to complain about the water. I didn't have much fun taking a shower because the water in the shower can't be adjusted to be warm. You can only choose very hot or very cold.

Exceptional stay. We feel very comfortable every time we stay at abloom. Housekeeper is friendly and helpful. Towels are changed every day. Convenient location to the BTS too.

I liked this hotel and would stay again. The staff are very helpful, they always order a taxi for me. The restaurant Hungry Brown w coffee shop is fantastic and 1 minute walk. You get 2 bottles of water a day. There's 2 pans in the kitchen to cook with and knives, spatula, etc. Very few dishes, only 2 of each size. But I made it work. There were noise problems - you can hear the room above you, and it seems people like to drag furniture across the floor at 2am, and 3am, and 4am. Their photos online show a more modern new room, the room I had was older furniture and very plain decoration.

Room is big with city view.  I need to press the toilet flash for 15 seconds.  Temperature of shower is not stable.

The location is excellent....just 2 mins short cut walking to Sanam Pao BTS through the Hungry Brown Coffee shop (Private way)...near 7-11 store next to BTS exit 3. The hotel has coin service washing machines and dryers onsite which are really convenient. The room is quite spacious with a kitchen (microwave, kettle and semi equipment) and living areas.

Huge room and lovely swimming pool/gym area. The room was clean but some of the furniture looked a bit tired and knocked around.

It a nice place and near a hospital and easy to access. With good facilities to keep fit as well.

The room was great. Was being assign as per our requested High Floor. Appreciate the reservation manager for assisting on our request.. My concern was the breakfast. Very limited choice. Although it state as buffet, only have fried rice, pork and some soup plus a American breakfast set. Hope they can improve more on the breakfast . Very disappointed on the breakfast, the rest was good.

Loud air conditioner compressor, which can wake you up. The hotel's location is great. Bell boys were not attentive at first, but one of them gave good service when asked.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
