I stayed here for one night while In town for business. I frequent the area 2x a month for approximately 1-3 nights each trip. In an effort to find a more permanent hotel to “call home for my trips to Idaho” I gave this hotel a shot. Check in was easy and quick. I was recognized for my hotel status as well. Upon checking into the room, it was clearly dated, but it was clean and quiet. The room was lacking any real Basic places to charge your devices and as a result, I had to unplug the existing devices just so I could gain access to a plug. The property is conveniently located off the highway and adjacent to plenty of shops and restaurants. Not bad for a 1 night stay but hard to “settle in” if you plan to make it a longer stay.

Excellent service oriented hotel. Went with my mother who has mobility issues; front desk made sure we had a room near the elevator. The rooms are clean and very well appointed with liquid soap and refrigerator and a microwave -- comfortable beds and most importantly excellent strong lighting for reading in bed. I was able to pick up a wonderful meal at the Burger Theory restaurant located just next to the check in desk. These burgers are gourmet all the way -- cooked to your specifications, Boursin cheese, roasted red peppers, grilled portobello mushrooms... everything we needed to take to our room. All the detailed touches of a fine, service oriented hotel --you will find here. I have not been to a Holiday Inn in years--wow! My family and I will return.

My husband and I made reservations for mid-March 2022 and the guest relations person made our reservation in mid-February 2022 in error. As a result, our credit card was charged as a no show. We called to cancel our stay in March since our appointment was changed to a phone call and not an in-person meeting and discovered the error. We complained about the charge and were only offered a gift certificate that expired in December 2022. We asked for our money back and were told our only choice was the gift certificate. We live in California and thus wouldn’t be back until 2023. We left a voicemail for the manager, but the manager never called us back. We disputed the charge on our credit card, but the hotel again noted us as a no show although we could prove we had an appointment in Eagle in March with reservations in Twin Falls directly after our stay. Generally, we book online but the guest relations person told us to call her directly since when we stayed previously, she gave us her card with a discounted rate. The line wasn't recorded. She gave us a confirmation number, but we didn't receive an email (I don't believe she asked for our email address). This was very disappointing. We won’t be staying in Holiday Inn Express in the future. We were surprised how we were treated when we asked for our money back.
