Great location from the ferry. We stayed in a ground floor room that was nicely furnished. Hotel has a continental breakfast (boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, oranges, apples). Would stay again for the convenient location.

We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. Great staff and a wonderful time at the pool ! Perfect location and a beautiful view of the water. The cleaning staff and Breakfast server were wonderful.

Was in town for business, so brought the family for a mini-getaway. The staff was all very friendly and courteous. Our room was spotless when we arrived, and check in was quick. Area in Nanaimo is not the most exciting but it's a short drive to everywhere so that did not matter, proximity to the ferry is what we wanted, which is only 10 minutes away. The restaurant [Ricky's] in the hotel was good. Food was tasty and hot when we got it, a row of tables with ocean view was nice to sit at for dinner. The pool/hot tub area was a favorite, which was a big seller for us at this location. Nice that it was open until 11. Would have been nice if the jets in the hot tub had a bit more oomph but it was hot and relaxing. Continental breakfast was what you would expect, it was decent, the muffins were really good.

I wanted a quick dinner but left with the Inn’s restaurant as the only option nearby. The dinner was fine, and the service was great, but was looking for a bit of a different experience.

The staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. We appreciate the great continental breakfast, clean facilities, and quiet rooms. Overall a great stay!

I requested to cancel my reservation over the phone at 4 pm today. Scott was very helpful and understanding. He mentioned over the phone that I would get a full refund and will cancel my reservation. Great customer service. I was not happy with the facilities cleanliness which was my reasoning of cancelling.

Great place to lay your head down. We were only here for a short stay but the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Overall very nice hotel and relatively clean, pool and hot tub are clean and water is nice.
