十多年前的裝修風格（大致現代人更喜歡同等價位精簡主義的智選假日）但是房間非常大呀有快四十平，衞生間也都是早期不錯的大理石，乾濕分離熱帶雨林噴淋頭都有，手持還有兩處不同高度的卡扣。衞浴是科勒的，馬桶是十幾年前流行的某款，用慣了智能的就比較一般啦 吹風機實在差～風量小。 早餐過於簡單，就吃完粉吧 隔音差，入睡前能聽到窗外車子上高架的輪胎聲。 300塊不到，住的大概率是十年前4-5星級裝修水準的房間。衞生也不錯，服務員也都不錯。要什麼自行車 南昌到處在修路實在是

第一次來這家酒店，體驗感很好，設計風格滿滿，前台小姐姐服務很棒，印象很深的是前台小會，可能我穿的應援服太明顯了，小會主動詢問我是否是去看無限x演唱會，得知是後，很熱情的幫助我規劃去體育館的路線，還貼心的告訴我打卡應援的大屏怎麼去最方便，給我手繪了一副地鐵大廈天虹應援地點的線路圖，給我節省了很多的時間。追星女狂喜！ 還有另一位前台小蓉小姐姐辦理入住的時候也十分熱情，一直微笑服務，交談中瞭解到我是特地來看演唱會，還很貼心的提醒我晚上降温要多穿點衣服，房間也升級到了江景房，贛江美景盡收眼底，不僅如此，小蓉還特地向經理申請了一份免費早餐，餐廳品種也很豐富，還有南昌特色拌粉瓦罐湯。 她們的服務讓我的南昌之旅變得特別温暖，不虧是開了這麼多年的老店！強烈推薦這家酒店！

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

Pada malam daftar masuk, kedua-dua bilik kami mempunyai lampu yang tidak menyala iaitu lampu latar katil dan lampu malam. Perkhidmatan pelanggan sangat baik dan menggantikannya untuk kami. Saya juga memerhatikan di hotel kerana usia hotel, banyak peralatan lampu yang kurang penyelenggaraan. Tingkapnya kotor dan tidak masuk akal untuk saya menghabiskan mata untuk mendapatkan bilik pemandangan tasik. Selepas semalaman, mulut saya kering dan badan saya berpeluh. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia disebabkan oleh cuaca yang tidak menentu sepanjang tempoh ini. Bahagian mee sup semasa sarapan pagi nampaknya ada topping untuk hidangan daging babi yang disembelih membuatkan saya pening...hanyir sekali. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ini rasa asli. Topping lain masih ada. Beberapa hidangan yang dipanaskan dengan alkohol di bawah pinggan adalah terang, seperti cendawan, yang membuat saya tidak selesa. Keladi juga terang dan keras. Bebola taro sandwic ubi ungu, dalam masam. Tidak tahu sama ada ia teruk. Sup periuk tempayan itu sejuk kedua-dua kali saya mengambilnya, dan ia seperti air.

第一次來南昌遊玩，幾番挑選下最終決定選擇了這家位置便利、與贛江咫尺之遙的皇冠假日。 酒店的服務是與其品牌相稱的優質，早在抵店前便會與客人主動聯繫，員工小儀甚至貼心地準備了旅遊攻略，並幫忙升級了江景房，大大表揚！ 服務這一塊沒得説，酒店員工會主動鋪夜床並提供晚安飲品，在滿足了所有常規需求的同時也算是增添了一份小驚喜。 美中不足的是入住當晚發現浴缸下水故障，不過在告知前台後也作出了及時處理。整體來説，個人體驗是與皇冠假日這一IHG品牌相符的。

酒店就在公園對面，出差或者旅遊住在這裏特別方便，不用早起，趕高鐵。離南昌西站非常的近。酒店環境很好，大堂的裝飾非常的美麗，很有主題特色。工作人員服務態度真的很不錯，尤其是前台的馬先生，説話有禮貌，衣着整齊。走到前台的時候就熱情問好，辦理入住速度很快，很專業。安排的房間是高樓層的乾淨衞生。超大的全景落地窗，可以俯瞰樓下的美景。上的南昌也非常的美麗。房間還有大大的浴缸，潔白無瑕。阿姨還幫忙了消毒，準備了浴缸套。送物品很及時。地下還有的停車場，停車很方便。開車過來也很友好。六樓還有健身房和泳池，在這裏住店可以免費去游泳。鍛鍊，都很不錯。 早餐很豐富，品種多樣。味道也很棒。在五樓中餐吃了一次川菜，裏面的蓮花血鴨，南昌炒粉非常的地道，點贊。退房也非常的高效，性價比非常的高，划得來。下回入住還來南昌他們家鉑瑞酒店。

The hotel is very nice and well maintained, the service excellent, and the amenities quite good. I had a full body massage and my companion had a foot massage with a pedicure. We both thought the services were great. The hot springs are always a treat. We had a fun and relaxing two days and will definitely go again.

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Good staff. There is a bathtub ,a balcony,a spacious and soft bed in the room. The breakfast is so-so(the taste of sausages,even eggs,pastry). there were always problems with the coffee machine and coffee itself was not good. Nearby there is a gym and a swimming pool,but you need ur own swimming hat and a swimming suit if you want to swim there. Spa might be closed so you’d better ask in advance. There js a Chinese restaurant where you can have dinner on the first floor. We liked the fried dumplings there.

酒店前台工作人員服務周到熱情，酒店內部環境很好，高端大氣，有健身館，洗衣烘乾機，觀景餐廳很漂亮，房間衞生感覺整潔，正對象湖濕地公園，風景很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗。
