Location is very good in the middle of shopping and food street. The room isn't well-maintained and when I just came in the strong nasty smell from the drainage attacked me. So I had to stay for 2 night in a room with that smell because it was always raining that I was so reluctant to spend days outside. Regretfully, if only the management would renovate and care about the drainage it would be a nice property. Eventhough I closed the bathroom room, the smell was still strong and AC even made it worse spreading it to the entire room.

The hotel is in a great location, with the metro, train station within walking distance. The room is clean great for a short stay or a week or more.
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
Checking in was a breeze! This is my first review of the hotel even though I have stayed there for over 10 times.
Ii definitely recommend you staying here if you are coming to Nanchang or even Jiangxi province.

Bilik double yang ditempah mempunyai tingkap dan lokasi yang baik, tetapi ia agak bising berhampiran jalan...tetapi ia tidak menjejaskan yang lain. Jika anda mempunyai keperluan tinggi untuk bunyi, jangan pilih bilik yang menghadap ke jalan. Cik kakak akan aturkan untuk tidak menghadap jalan.
Cik Sun Yan di kaunter hadapan mempunyai sikap perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, kerana saya memerlukan peti sejuk untuk menyejukkan ubat dan saya sangat sabar untuk membantu saya meletakkannya di dalam peti sejuk di dapur.
Secara keseluruhan, semua aspek adalah baik, anda boleh mengalaminya jika anda datang ke Nanchang dari tempat lain

因公出差選擇了這個酒店。發現交通很方便，旁邊就是八一廣場了，而且很多大型商場在附近，地鐵也衹需要走幾百米。早餐的拌粉很好吃，水果品種也多。下次還會選擇這裏。

出行旅遊，這家酒店的服務很棒，入住期間知道小朋友過生日後，前台非常有心的準備了生日禮物，非常滿意。周邊環境也很好，位於南昌八一廣場附近，景點都基本在一條線路上，出門右轉可以乘坐地鐵4號線然後轉1號和2號線，基本都可以到達，省去了駕車停車和擁堵問題。房間也是非常滿意的，房間比較寬敞，衞生滿意，停車很方便，都是免費停車。有自助洗衣房和健身房，大堂非常氣派，有幾個區域是個打卡拍照，尤其是庭院的小噴泉池和巨大大象，拍照很出片。早餐也是非常滿意的，涵蓋了南昌的各類特色早點，瓦罐湯拌粉很不錯，牛骨粉也很棒。非常推薦，以後來南昌首選入住！

AAlBajgurdPositive points: The hotel is overall good. Good value for its price. The room was warm (travelled in winter) - even had to leave the window open. The WiFi connection was fast. You can use their washing machines for your laundry (2 RMB). Close to the Nanchang West Railway Station.
Negative points: Very far from where all the fun is. The neighbourhood is quite new, apparently. Dead. Better to pay more and find a hotel in the city centre, as, anyway, you will spend the same money on taxis or waste more than an hour daily on public transportation (also need to walk about 1km from the subway station). The room was not very clean. The carpet under the bed looked horrible. Even saw someone's nail on it. A used toothpick on the floor in the toilet. There even was someone's snot on the wall in the shower. Lost 12 yuan when doing my laundry, as there's an ad popping up when you scan the QR code on the washing machine prompting you to pay 12 RMB. I can't read Chinese and didn't bother to check the translation as I didn't expect any other payment. The Front Desk hadn't warned me about it. I complained to Front Desk agent, who promised someone would get back to me on the matter the next day. Of course, nobody did. The service is sometimes slow. When you flush the toilet, the water splashes everywhere. Not very hygienic. The water in the shower at certain hours turns hot or cold every five to ten seconds - couldn't take a shower comfortably.

PPengguna Tetamu第一次給酒店寫評論，不管是沃爾頓的ACA還是假日我一共住了9天，因為突然發燒的緣故不得不滯留在了南昌。這家酒店不管是環境衞生還是工作人員的服務，真的完美極致，令人心暖。我因身體緣故無法下樓續費，前台人員親自上來並且送了很多好吃的零食，甚至專門泡了薑茶端上來。並且期間我無時差的打電話給前台表達需求，所有工作人員超級耐心。酒店早餐種類也很豐富，環境更是沒得説啦！ACA每天一睜眼樓下就是江景，假日酒店也非常安靜。住酒店最重要的就是乾淨！這兩家沒得説，阿姨每天來打掃房間，更換所有用品。連保潔阿姨都很熱心！關心我的身體，提醒我多喝熱水，開窗通風。所有沃爾頓的工作人員真的很認真耐心熱心腸且敬業！在這個陌生的城市，因為沃爾頓讓一切變得温暖起來了，感謝！！

PPengguna TetamuExcellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station.
All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

PPengguna Tetamu這個酒店真的是一家性價比超高的酒店，裝修設施豪華，寬敞，房間也是一如既往的美觀整潔，裏面不但有很大的空間，而且洗漱的位子很大，有大浴缸，鏡子很大，窗户也是全景落地，窗旁邊有一個全身鏡，可以搭配服飾，梳粧打扮都很方便。這次單獨一個人住，因為看到有浴缸所以還買了浴球，晚上氛圍燈特別漂亮。
特別高興的是前台小張美女也邀請我成為了幸運的賓客之星，真的還蠻驚喜的。一樓餐廳特色的自助晚餐，有很多的食材，特別是還有波龍，還有各種的甜點，值得一提的是這裏的甜品特別特別好吃，就超乎我想象的那種，雖然種類沒有特別特別多，但是甜品水平是超過平均值以上的。種類都蠻齊全的。設施配套齊全，免費停車，免費WIFI也有健身游泳的場所，用餐很nice，下回也來。
有一點就是桌子上書冊灰塵比較多，可能是之前的顧客都不翻的原因。而且如果看電視的話，有幾個頻道看不了。

Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

MMillieZhangBerjalan ke Shangri-La, nafas biasa datang. Lobi, bilik tamu, dan restorannya bagus seperti sebelumnya, dan Shangri-La di Nanchang lebih baik daripada pemandangannya. Luo Tingting di kaunter penerimaan tetamu secara khusus mengatur bilik pemandangan air pancut untuk kami. KKuetheNice hotel, good location, very convenient. Excellent Restaurant with not too much choice (enjoyed buffet and breakfast), but what was there was well prepared and tasty.
Only criticism: difficult to get a non smoker room, as this hotel, like many others, do not put much effort in reinforcing their non-smoking-hotel policy. Finally though they found a room with almost no smoking smell for me, thanks to the good service staff. However it is possible to open the terrace door to let fresh air in. Until 10pm, some noise from activities of the nearby waterpark might be heard, after 10pm it is very quite.
Definitely a recommendation, I will go again.

UUncle Junior OfficialHotel was located quite far from the downtown. There was no deposit needed after booking & prepaying online. We got two rooms & both were very neat. It’s a new hotel actually and i was informed they begun service in August 2023 so everything in the room looked clean & new.
Great service from the reception but the only downside was that they kept calling every moment to remind us to checkout before 12pm. It was very disturbing cuz i knew that information already. I spoke to the reception that I’ll be checking out at 6pm and i was given half night bill. By 5pm, they sent someone to my door to receive payment as if i was going to runaway!! This wasn’t pretty at all.
Anyway, Facilities… they had a pressing iron & an ironing board for pressing clothes. I totally loved that.
Food… i didn’t try their food so no review on that.
