The manager is very rude , unprofessional and arrogant . We called up and booked the room at a certain price . After confirming the price whn we were checking out the he increased it by 1000 Rs saying this was what we had agreed on . This was pure cheating . Rooms need renovation & the dining hall is dirty , had rats roaming around . We were 3 senior citizen ladies & were harrassed & very disturbed by the managers attitude . I wud never recommend this hotel to anyone .

The rooms were quite old but clean though. Bathroom was so clean and neat. But service was very slow i would rate 1 for service
