Ulasan Tea Man Station 3 Fuqian Building 1906 Tulou Homestay

This homestay is a great place to experience what living in a tulou looks like. Perhaps it doesn’t have the quietest (thin walls and windows) nor the most luxurious rooms you could find in the picturesque village of Yunshuiyao. That is however perfectly normal for a traditional wooden building that it more than 100 years old! And it is yet very comfortable, even cozy! Moreover, the owner is remarkably friendly and helpful, the homestay is very clean and well-managed, it is located 10-15 minutes by walking distance from the main sightseeings of Yunshuiyao village, which has nothing to envy to more famous places like the Tianluokeng tulou cluster. I can definitely recommend staying at this place to people who want to dive into Hakka people’s culture and experience Chinese hospitality!

Well kept tulou with clean and simple rooms. Perfect to experience a night in one. We got a room with a private bathroom on the 3rd floor. Great view and pretty lit up at night. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear noise from other rooms and nature outside. It didn’t bother me, but something to consider if you need silence to sleep.

特地去南靖看土樓，隨手選擇了福謙樓土樓民宿入住，沒有想到找到了寶藏民宿，老闆阿婆特別熱情帶着小朋友去了自己的茶山上採茶，還手把手教製茶，沿途不僅給孩子科普茶文化還帶孩子看各種昆蟲增長見識。晚上還組織了篝火晚會，小朋友玩的特別開心！僅僅付了房費還有研學的活動，真是性價比太高了。

是正宗的土樓，進去房間就能聞到一股淡淡的木香味，外面很熱房間裏也很涼快，院子很大，人很少拍照也很出片，房東姨姨超級熱情！

房子是住土樓裡邊，因為不能改變外觀，裝修很有限。我們的要求不高，有空調，能洗澡就行，基本滿足條件。老闆娘很不錯，我們到達很晚，一直在等我們，還給介紹了一些在雲水謠的注意事項，路線之類的。院子拍照很不錯。

美麗的土樓，白天晚上都好看，拍照超出片，不輸景區的土樓，安靜舒適。老闆熱情好客，請喝茶陪聊天，第二天早上還給我們做了早餐，雞蛋超好吃。特別地道的生活氛圍，可以再來。

老闆人非常好，非常推薦這家酒店，非常有特色的酒店，體驗土樓裏面住的感覺。最後老闆介紹的司機很靠譜哦！感謝老闆。 可惜的一點是因為當天下雨篝火晚會取消了。期待下次還有機會遇到。

土樓木板結構，不隔音，外面走路聲，隔壁房間客人打咕嚕聲，休息很受打擾。房間也真的很小，洗手間特別簡陋，坐廁都要側身用，龍頭也是壞的，房間一股黴味，被子潮潮的，瓶裝水都沒提供，晚上水壓不夠沒熱水，連澡都沒洗成，早上又跳閘停電，我訂的611元的雙床，當天民宿掛牌價衹有攜程上的一半388元，體驗感很不好。唯一的好評給管家阿姨，熱情周到，賓客如歸，服務意識很好。

很好，很有特色，老闆也很好，當天生日還幫忙訂了蛋糕。

很古樸的士樓民宿，體驗感很好，很好拍照，沒有商業化的影子，沒有擁擠的人潮。老闆人特別好，有求必應，還贈送了早餐。因為選對了住宿，感覺這趟旅行很圓滿

一次奇妙的旅程，簡直太夢幻了，房東大姐還送了自家小吃生薑醃李子，臨走還送了我們早餐。感謝感謝

衞生一般，但土樓能配上獨立衞浴和空調已是頂配。隔音很差也能理解，但意外碰上一羣沒教養的人晚上十點多音響高唱生日快樂歌被吵醒，深夜小孩還蹦蹦跳跳家長也不教育下小孩子，一夜睡眠極差。老闆娘非常nice，額外加分項
