Our stay at The Central Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took care of every detail. The room was spacious, with two generously sized single beds that were perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the famous DeJi Plaza and a subway entrance, making it super convenient to explore the city. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like complimentary water, robes, slippers, and the delightful surprise of glutinous rice balls (a special treat from Jiang Wei) for my daughter, who has quite the sweet tooth! The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering an overwhelming selection of delicious dishes, far more than we could try in one sitting. The on-site restaurants were exceptional, even better than some of the more expensive dining options we’ve tried in Nanjing. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nanjing Central Hotel (Room 576, from 30 July to 1 August). Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the Executive Vice General Manager, Mr. Charles Hao. We didn't know he was the GM until he introduced himself after personally leading us to our room. He was humble, friendly, and lovely to chat with. He even gave us an upgrade and assigned us a newly renovated room at no extra charge. We are so grateful for such warm hospitality.
The room was perfect. It was extremely clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The air conditioning was cool, the shower pressure was good, the bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was even bigger than the one we had at home! Best of all, we met sweet Pan Na, the housekeeping manager in charge of our room, who presented us with two cute animal towels.
On our departure day, the hotel porter not only helped us with our heavy luggage but also protected my head with his hand as I entered the taxi. Such a gentleman! All in all, the service here is really top-notch, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return the next time we visit Nanjing.

Central Hotel in Nanjing has an excellent location, true to its name. The hotel is clean, and the design is quite unique, with rooms featuring balconies that overlook the interior of the building. While the hotel itself is a bit dated, and the rooms don’t have a modern feel, the experience is elevated by the friendly and professional staff who are fluent in English. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a great variety and quality.

Amazing hotel experience. I was staying there with my girlfriend for couple days. The hotel is in a very nice area and the room was clean and modern.
My girlfriend had her birthday during these day therefore the hotel made us beautiful birthday cake for free! For this reason thank you to the manager Na Pan!

The hotel is super beautiful.
The breakfast buffet was amazing and very big, so they have something for everyone.
The rooms are very beautiful and have a good design, with many mirrors, so it looks bigger.
- The toilett and the bathtube look a bit old already.

王主管 responded to us very fast, when we provided feedback that the internet is very bad.
春梅 bothered to review the feedback that I have provided that the room is very stuffy. She contacted me the following day, and suggested to change to another room.
I am greatly impressed by the teams involved. They really look at all feedback and comments.
