Ulasan Atour Hotel Nanjing North Square

Reached the hotel early and the front desks staff allowed us to check in early once the room was available by several hours. The location is good and convenient, and right outside exit 11 of the metro. There is also a small eatery and a 24 hours convenience store located at the bottom of the hotel. The walk to the Nanjing Railway Station is less than 10 minutes away, the staffs are very friendly and patient when dealing with international tourists, and helped to receive the OTP needed to connect to the hotel's WiFi. Will definitely consider staying in this hotel again and would recommend to my friends when going to Nanjing. -- 提前到达酒店，前台很友好和善良房间住备好了就让我们提前入住。酒店很方便，地铁站11号出口就到酒店门口了，第一楼有小吃馆也有24小时的便利店。走路到南京告跌1也不需要10分钟，真的很方便。由于是国际游客没有国内号，前台耶主动帮我们连网。下次来还会继续住，也会推荐给来到南京的朋友。

The best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

Hotel is right outside nanjing station exit 11. The room is clean enough and bed is big and comfy. Enjoyed my stay overall. It is further from the attractions but right beside the train station so it is great for people who have travelled to nanjing via train

Short walking distance from the train/subway station. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.

The location is very good. it's near the MTR. The breakfast is good too.

Good for catching high speed rail at Nanjing station. Friendly staff at check-in and in breakfast room. Breakfast selections are excellent with local specialities. Located very close to metro station with escalator access, great with suitcases. Easy access to major sights via metro.

The location is far from the city center not have good parking areas and the recreation is not qualified they don’t know how to talk with customer

Location - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi) Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around. Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water. Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people). Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor. Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee. Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

Despite a language barrier (for me) the staff were very kind to help me book an additional night. Atour is always a safe bet for me, and we loved their location in Nanjing. Convenient location as well, right near some convenience stores and eateries. I'll be back on our way out of China, probably!
