民宿的人事物都特別美好～靜靜坐着聽聽山雨喝喝茶就能讓人暫時忘記煩惱～

老闆很nice，多次送我們上山下鄉。優點：位置較高，離山脈很近，晚上到頂樓露台看星星吹風，停車場在山澗的遊客中心旁邊，位置很適合游泳時放東西。要特別的一嘴的是，民宿早上10元一碗的碎肉湯粉超好吃（很符合我的口味啦）缺點：我們定的晚，沒有270度窗景的房型了，房間內部設施一般般吧。

下水源非常好的名宿，老闆人也很好，兩年前認識，還給升級了房型，吃了山裡的土龍眼。住宿乾淨衛生，景觀房視野很好，環境如名，山隱雲舍，雲霧環繞，非常舒服。餐廳的竹筍炒五花肉很好吃，土雞絕對是土的，建議在酒店就餐，相差不了多少錢，住的舒心。

端午節想出去玩臨時定的酒店卻沒有讓我失望，在房間就能看到山景，泳池很棒，菜也很好吃，推薦現殺土雞燒香菇，一家三口兩個菜就夠了，份量很大。在深山裡麪與世隔絕的環境呆著，整個人都會放鬆下來，家庭情侶出遊都是不錯的選擇。以後還會常來～

其實風景的話，對於我一個土生土長的廣西人來說，並沒有多大的吸引力和優勢，但愜意的氛圍真的讓人覺得很舒適，可以看出民俗老闆各種布置很貼心，人造景也很美，好久沒有安靜看過夜晚的月亮和星星了，很大很亮……
需要改進的點：1.打掃衛生有點敷衍，沒有幫換被子，茶杯裏的茶也沒有倒，也沒有放新的水
2.因為比較冷，房間裏一直開空調，很乾燥，聯繫可以增加一個加濕器
老闆人很好，下次去還是會考慮預定的，謝謝

HHoLaurenMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

PPengguna TetamuThis trip is a bit rush, therefore we hv not much time to make use of the facilities. I've tried the oil massage at the 77th floor Spa, the massage was only average with the amount they are charging. Will not visit the Spa again.
We have no chance to have meals at the hotel restaurants but we surely hope to try out the hotel complimentary breakfast which was offered free to the hotel guests at a different period after my bookings.
Not to forget, all the staffs at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with the guests. It was a nice stay.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店性價比高!第一次來這裏感覺挺不錯的，酒店很安靜，非常的好，裝修簡約型的，住着很舒心，前台服務態度也超級好，衞生也超級乾淨，真心喜歡!整體上非常不錯。位置靠近車站和市中心，出行方便，遊玩的的地方也挺多。房間採光好，整體感覺乾淨舒適。旁邊有花鳥市場，人民公園，唐山文化城裡有一個鴛鴦樓這些地方都可以逛逛，離南寧站衹有不到2公里，非常近，來旅遊對南寧不太熟悉，前台很貼心，辦入住的時候詢問一些景點和美食時，給我們介紹了一些周圍比較熱鬧的三街兩巷，平西夜市，西關夜市，前台還有南寧旅遊攻略圖給我們參考，真心不錯，點贊一下前台小王！

PPengguna TetamuHad a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese.
Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

GGuangzhiPros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens.
Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.

YYuejinThe hotel is right next to the train station and subway, very convenient for traveling but because of this, the train vibration noise can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. The room is clean and well equipped for our needs and the Aircon works well, but the shower tray drains really slowly and you literally stand in your own shower puddle. Breakfast is minimal, all in a bag with bread, a boiled egg and cartoon milk. Also the hotel has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Overall we had a good stay in Nanning at this hotel.
