This was my second time booking at Mercure. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is great! Good location and breakfast was delicious.

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.

Smelled cigarettes smoke in the room. Tried to change but all same. All others are good at the room: double window, good facilities, nice bed and soft, bitte loud air conditioning, but ok.

Great hotel lovely decor. very clean. good decent view. Overall perfect stay and not that expensive. Has everything you need from a hotel.
