Ulasan B&B Terrazza Nazionale

La zona è un ottimo compromesso tra luoghi costosi e zone poco raccomandabili, letteralmente dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione e mezz'oretta dal centro (noi siamo sempre andati a piedi senza problemi). Camera pulitissima, impeccabile, nuova e con tutto l'occorrente, direi anche silenziosa perche affacciava su un cortile interno . Carina la terrazza. Check in rapido e risposta molto celere al telefono quando siamo arrivati. Una menzione speciale per la signora che faceva le camere la mattina,perché è stata gentile, ci ha dato molti consigli ed è evidente il suo impeccabile lavoro. Super consigliato!

駅から徒歩15分程度の場所にあります。駅からの途中にキレイなスーパー、ランドリー、美味しいピザ屋さんもあり、さらに隣はチェーンのドラッグストアでロケーションは最高です。 部屋もかなり広く、毎日清掃が入り、さらに大きなテラスもありとても快適でした。 ナポリだけでなく、ポンペイ、サレルノ→アマルフィ→ポタジーノ→ソレントと周りましたが、アマルフィとポタジーノは混み過ぎていたのでナポリからの日帰りにして良かったです。 常駐スタッフはいないので、指定時間に行きチェックインの必要ありますが、電話しないと開けて頂けなかった事だけ要注意です。マテーラで結局連絡取れずホテルが当日キャンセル、返金頂けなかったので、またかと少し焦りました。

В целом все понравилось. Вежливый персонал, есть чайник, холодильник, все чисто и красиво. Единственное, пришлось звонить по телефону, чтобы попасть в сам отель при въезде. Находится недалеко от эд вокзала. Почти центр города.

簡直差到極致，這麼久以來住過最差的酒店，感覺都不能算是酒店。酒店的大門就是一個停車場一樣的大鐵門，門口都是垃圾桶和屎，尿騷味在周邊到處都是。房間內有着極其濃的劣質香薰味，聞的人頭暈，晚上都睡不着覺，因為全是蚊子，如果關上窗户一點都不透氣，簡直像死一般難受，避雷

Due to plane delays we arrived later than expected, entrance code to property was all done via text and worked well. Property cleaned every day by cleaner to a good standard, convenient location close to centre but can be noisy due to busy road but that's Italy, It is only accomodation,no breakfast included but plenty of good choice in local café s, would use again and good value

We only stayed a couple of days but we were extremely impressed with this little gem situated in a busy part of Naples. The room was absolutely spotless- one of the cleanest and nicest-smelling rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The area is a short distance from the Piazza Garibaldi and a longer walk to the main sites of Naples but close to the airport. The lady in charge of cleaning the rooms and checking in was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. We went out before breakfast so cannot comment on that but would stay there again on a short break, without a doubt.

The property is well managed and clean.within walking distance from the main train station.bus and tram right in the corner to get you to garibaldi train station.I had a very comfortable sleep apart form the noise outside.I give them 5 star.definitely will stay there again.

The room inside is quite good but required around 15mins walk from station. It was especially tiring after a long walk in the city. The surrounding area was dirty but quite safe. OvHowever, We had kinda a not very good experience as the staff at first charged the tourist tax wrong and returned the change to us with a broker 10Euro with tape on it. My husband didn’t know that it would bring us trouble in using it, we suspect the staff intentionally did that as we were tourists and knew nothing about no store would accept it. I dunno if this is intentional to trick tourists

Clean and comfortable suite, close to main avenues and transit.

The hotel chain seems to be starting, and you can contact them via WhatsApp and SMS / MMS , They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in late at like 8pm (WhatsApp) . We got to hotel super late and I didn’t know what to do. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The rooms are new and so clean , you can walk to Garribaldi and get the Metro to Museo and Spanish Quarter . It won't last long at this price , do yourself a favour and get out there. The hotel is being a brown door , and Naples is old, but wait till you get in.

The room was modern and clean, and the owner very helpful. The area around the b&b isn’t the best but it’s very useful as it’s near the train station and fairly close to the airport too. The train station is within walking distance. I can’t fault the b&b, and will definitely use again in the future

Decent stay in Naples. Not too far from the train station. The room is nice and clean. We weren't offered breakfast, there was no air conditioning (the windows opened but the street noise was loud), the wifi had some trouble connecting, and we had to call to enter the building (there is a key pad but no buzzer). Overall, it was not bad for just a quick stopover.

Not the most appealing area but convenient to the train station. Clean room, looks newly renovated. Doornob on both the front door and bathroom fell off with normal use.

Very friendly and helpful owners! The accommodation was beautifully presented, and very clean. We had a great stay, and would gladly return :)
