B&B Orsini 46

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The hosts were kind, helpful and personable. They gave great suggestions of what to do and how to get there by sharing a paper map for us to keep. The room was beautiful with understated and classy design and decor. It was so comfortable and every detail was thought out; nothing was missing. Breakfast was delivered to our room, delicious and beautifully presented. I loved this place and hope to return someday!

Hosts were very nice and helpful. Room was huge and in a great location. Close to marina. You can Walk everywhere and great restaurants close by. If you don’t mind some walking you can walk to the metro which gets you to the train to Pompei or Sorento. My husband and I Enjoyed our stay. I would recommend!

What amazing accommodation. We had booked a Superior Sea View "Capri suite and it did not disappoint, it was exactly like the photographs beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Gabriele was so helpful advising on places to eat and see and his wife delivered a beautiful breakfast to our room each morning (sadly we only had two nights in Naples but really wished we were there for longer). The location is excellent for sightseeing and restaurants and an acceptable walk from the station. We would most certainly recommend a stay at B & B Orsini 46

Would highly recommend for a short stay in Naples. When we booked we were concerned about location but the area is great. This is a lovely place to stay. The owners are both lovely and so helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast in the room was also superb. Would highly recommend.

Orsini 46 thoroughly deserves its 5 star rating. I came across it while reading an exceptional travel review in a quality UK newspaper. As soon as you enter the property, on the 3rd floor of a lift accessible charming old building in the upmarket Santa Lucia district of Naples, one block from the waterfront, you enter a peaceful, serene sanctuary. Gabriele, Manuela and Hector are the best hosts we’ve ever had. We don’t say this lightly, having been travelling around the world for decades! We stayed in the Capri room for 4 nights which has lateral sea views, a modern bathroom and is spotlessly clean, spacious and has everything you may need. The hosts provide daily still and sparkling water, a coffee machine etc and a fantastic array of breakfast choices delivered to your in-room dining table each morning (you fill out a card the night before with your choices & preferred time). Gabriele greeted us warmly and gave us a very comprehensive information in Naples and the local area including sites to visit, local restaurant recommendations, how to get to places etc. We asked his advice before arriving about tours to Pompeii and he organised one for us with pick-up round the corner. He made us feel confident to enjoy Naples, which we did. We really felt like one of the family while staying here. We really can’t recommend Orsini 46 highly enough. Look no further!

We arrived late on a Friday afternoon during the peak hour traffic chaos of Naples then had a problem finding the building that the B&B is located in. There was no clear signage and it was hard finding the number on the building. It was rather chaotic on the streets and a woman was trying to direct us elsewhere. We were driving so needed parking for the car so after speaking with Hector over the intercom and being directed to the nearest car park we then encountered an issue with the price for parking which had apparently doubled to 40 euro a night due to a music festival taking place nearby. Hector very kindly came downstairs to try and sort it out for us and eventually found another car park around the corner that would honour the quoted 21 euro a night charge. Not a great start to our stay in Naples. On a brighter note the B&B is safely located upstairs in a lovely old building that also houses businesses like law firms and there is a quaint old fashioned lift located in the foyer to take you upstairs. The building is a short walk to the bay area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We stayed in the Ischia Room which was spacious and very clean. The bathroom has a step up in the middle of the room which could pose a problem at night for unfamiliar guests and the shower was very small. Breakfast is served on a tray mobile brought to your room in the morning which you order on a form the night before. We only got to meet one of the owners, Gabrielle when we were leaving as they had been away for the weekend but he seemed very pleasant as was Hector. Overall our experience of Naples was not good even though I had already read about what to expect, perhaps the week long music festival didn’t help. The streets were very dirty but they were out in the early hours of Monday morning cleaning up. Our room was very quiet but you could hear the noise in the bathroom. People seem to have very opposing views on Naples but for us it was a big no. The hosts at the B&B were very helpful and pleasant though and for this we were very grateful.

B&B is located in best district of Naples as it feels cleaner and safer than the rest of the city. The apartment is comfortable and specious, equipped with everything you could ever need. The equipment is in good shape, the bathroom, AC everything is working well. Breakfast is delivered straight to your apartment and is a royal one! Best I have in Italy, as you get a great variety and food is really delicious. The best part of B&B is hosts themselves. Gabriele is very kind and welcoming person. He helped us with everything. He arranged a parking for our car in a garage within 100 meters from the B&B. Car was safe, no any damage or other problems. Gabriele recommended us a very good restaurants with best Neapolitan pizza and gave us a short overview of the city. I would like to thank Gabriele and his wife for our trouble-free enjoyable stay in Naples. Such responsible attitude to B&B is highly appreciated.

Fabulous short stay at this wonderful B&B. It is on a quiet street located very near to the waterfront and within a short walk to the shopping districts. The room we stayed was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices. Gabriele and his wife are great hosts. They are very thoughtful and welcoming. Gabriele reached out to us to make sure our ride to the hotel was smooth without getting ripped off. We truly appreciate Gabriele’s kindness to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this B&B in Naples.

We stayed at B&B Orsini 46 for three nights in late April 2024 on the second leg of a month-long visit to Central Italy. The B&B is located on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) of a century old building ideally located in the Santa Lucia district of Naples. Just one block from the seaside promenade, it was possible for us to walk to all of the many sites that we visited in Napoli. We were warmly welcomed by Gabriele, who was generous with his time and sightseeing suggestions and who, with his wife Manuela, made us feel right at home. We stayed in the spacious Ischia Room which was nicely furnished and very comfortable and enjoyed daily trolleyed breakfasts in our room. The B&B is also within walking distance of many restaurants of which our favourite was Antichi Sapori Partnopei. We also appreciated Gabriele’s arrangement for our transfer to Sorrento. Overall, we were surprised how much we enjoyed Napoli and very pleased with our stay at B&B Orsini 46. We would recommend it without hesitation.
