BE CAREFUL: impolite employees, they say the bathroom is private when in fact the whole house uses it, they will put you in a worse room than the photo and hide the whole broken house, which smells bad in all spaces. I'm traveling the world, in the last 3 months I stayed in more than 31 accommodations, and until today the worst rating I had given for any review was 80. Unfortunately I had the misfortune to find this accommodation, where 0.1 is a good rating compared to low level, with distorted photos and some manipulated reviews acquired in exchange for "free baggage deposit". The checkin was 15 minutes far from the accommodation, which makes you walk around with luggage for a long time. The receptionist, totally unprepared, clearly unhappy to be working there, being very rude and impatient not only with me, but with other guests who were in the place. She gave me a contact on whatsapp, to contact if we had any problems, and when I arrived at the place the key she gave me didnt open the apartment door. When sending a message explaining it, she was online the whole time but it took almost 1 hour to respond, leaving us all this time trying to open the door from the outside and we just didn't stay longer because a couple arrived and opened the door for us. After more than 01 hour she sent someone there to solve the key situation, and when I entered the room I realized that it was very distorted from reality, the internet didnt workt and the bathroom was TOTALLY different from the option I had booked,to 3x smaller and dirty. When I told the receptionist about it, instead of explaining that the photo was really different from the bathroom and apologizing for that, she said that it was everything right, saying that it was the door on the right side of my room (but it was on the left side). I sent her a video from the bathroom asking if it was really that bathroom, since it was on the opposite side of what she was indicating, and 100% different from the photo, and told her the internet was not working. When again she demonstrate again no education and no professionalism, saying that I was "interrupting her work", since her job was precisely to clarify and solve the clients' problems, as in my case. Not satisfied, my reservation was 100% paid, but she started to say that as I paid for the accommodation with a debit card and not a credit card, I had no right to be in that place, and that if I kept pointing out the problems of the apartment she would would call the police and would take me out on the street A few minutes later, two girls appeared coming out of a room, where one of them used my bathroom that was PRIVATE. At that time I already realized the mess that was this accommodation and again I passed it on to them, but nothing was resolved.
