I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

Close location to the main train station, however room was completely different to what I booked and to the pictures online so be warned. Paid for a single room and got a huge circle bed? Staff do not seem interested in talking and often ignore or barely speak. Expected to hand keys to reception every time you leave which seemed odd and a slight security risk if you have valuable items. Also check out is 10am.

The access (entrance) and the view from the window was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel or Orsa Maggiore (the same owner). In Naples the area around the train station is very dirty. Very nice day trips on Amalfi Coast or to Caserta.

I’m not the type of traveller who usually goes for hotels, (outside of the pandemic I’m usually one for hostels), so perhaps this is why I disagree so strongly with the negative reviews here. The hotel isn’t in the best location, no, but outside of really late night (and I mean after 1am), it’s in a busy enough area that I didn’t have to worry, perhaps this would be different if you were a woman travelling alone, but it wasn’t a big problem for me. I would advise, as in all cities in the world, to try not to look like an obvious tourist and refrain from looking at google maps obviously on the street, but petty crime is just as much of a problem in other parts of the city and in my opinion much of the bad reputation surrounding this area comes from its high prevalence of ethnic minority Italians which is more based in racism than reality. My room had an interior view, which wasn’t great, and yes there were marks in the bathroom which had clearly been there some time. Despite all of this though, the hotel offers air con, a comfortable bed, and is very close to the train station which gives great access to Pompeii and Herculaneum. More than anything I was touched by just how kind the staff were, one girl in particular, Katia, was so incredibly kind and spoke amazing English, and she gave great tips about the area. In particular her advice was very useful, and it was lovely to have a friendly face in the city while travelling. Cleaning service was offered daily and plenty of towels were provided. I do see why people disagree with the three star rating, but for the price the hotel is more than sufficient and offers a good standard of accommodation.

Hidden gem with spectacular views over the ocean. Restaurant is one of the best places we’ve ever been to!

Great and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Glad that the hotel provides FREE private parking. Because u won't want to park outside or drive to the center, there is no car without a dent or scretch in Naples! XD There is a train station close to the hotel, and very cheap to central, eur 1.4. Don't worry it is not noisy at all inside of hotel. U can the local to help about buying and checking in the ticket, it is quite different from Asia or Holland. The only down side is that the last train back to hotel is 10 ish pm.... So u might need to take Uber back to hotel, it coasted us 22 eur.

Our first impression of the hotel from outside was not impressive, but, understanding that it was so close to biggest football stadium in the city, we didn't care much. Checking in was great, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, in particular Alberto who easily find time to help everyone . As we have read reviews about hotel, we must say that management obviously took seriously some advices from clients , such as hot water, coffee machine in the restaurant and wifi, all of them sorted out. There was no problem with hot water, two coffee machines available in the restaurant and wifi very good. Hotel is situated close to two metro lines, for easy and frequent trains to the centre and beyond. Our room was very clean we can only praise cleaning staff. On the minus side, for 4 star hotel one is expecting a bit more for breakfast, as mentioned in previous reviews, there is no cooked breakfast ( hard boiled eggs I suppose don't count in that category), cold cuts with very few varieties and for people wanting healthy breakfast even less choice. There is still no kettle in the room, early birds still have to wait for breakfast room to open to have one. Also, complementary bottle of water would be advisable instead of 3euros payable from mini bar ( remember, this is still 4star hotel ). All in all, we were feeling very welcome there, hopefully those minor tweaks will be sorted in near future

Bonjour , Cet hôtel est bien placé mais hélas il y'a un problème au niveau des climatiseurs qui sont de en panne j'ai changé trois chambres mais en vain. La réception un seul homme et une femme ont fait l'effort de confirmation d'anomalie mais ils ont pas de solution. Un réceptionniste à éviter le soir son agressivité et son éloquence m'a laisser une nuit avec un clim été en hiver , ce dernier ne répond pas aux sollicitations de trip.com qui ont essayé de trouver une solution de chauffage en plein janvier et me cri dessus en me disant ”i don't speack English” il m'a conseillé de voir les polices pour la clim et que je tombe malade ou pas ce n'est pas son problème ,et vu en place la réservation n'est plus remboursable donc il a eu son compte à moi d'accepter les conditions tels qu'ils sont . Sachant que cet réceptionniste est absent de l'accueil le soir et parle l'anglais depuis mon arrivée . Voilà donc j'ajoute ce commentaire a ce déjà sur Google en vous conseillons de choisir meilleur ou un Airbnb a ce prix 80 euros ,à Paris et milan on est bien servi alors que Naples est moins chère .

Loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We used Lucio (can book through hotel) for airport pickup which removed all stress for us. He was waiting in arrivals and then short walk to car. Hotel is very clean and lovely breakfast which was waiting for us every morning. Train station near by but this did not bother us. While no restaurant at hotel there are plenty of great ones near by. We did several trips, Naples War Cemetery, as my uncle is buried there from WW2, Capri, totally amazing, Pompei and Amalfi coast, again totally amazing. Lucio was our transport for all of the above he is one of the most kind, caring and helpful men that we had a pleasure to meet. All in all we had the most fantastic short break in Naples.
