最初に予約していた施設でちょっとしたトラブルがあり、サポートセンターの方が急遽手配してくださったのが、ナポリ中央駅前のウナホテルでした。 ローマからイタロに乗ってきたので、地下鉄に乗り換えたりタクシーに乗る必要なく、市内観光の二階建てバスの停留所もすぐ近くにあり、駅前の喧騒とホテル周辺の道端に落ちているゴミに目を瞑れば、立地は非常に便利で良かったです。 朝食も美味しく満足です。 3/8の国際女性の日には、朝食時にホテルブランドのかわいらしい箱に入ったチョコレートをいただきました。 ナポリにまた来ることがあれば、ウナホテルにするつもりです。

I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

Un véritable hôtel de charme ,de la réception au service de petit déjeuner… la qualité est là et l’endroit est joli … le quartier un peu moins … mais c’est Naples ! Et c’est sympathique ! Allez-y les yeux fermés …

Our second time of staying at this hotel. Some language difficulties otherwise service was great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is right on centre of town with easy access to everything. Will certainly seek to stay there when next we visit Naples.

Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Rooms are modern, very clean and beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast is great. Lots of choice (especially if you like Italian cakes and pastries!! Location is fantastic. Rooms are sound proof but as it is away from the main road, traffic noise not a problem. The airport bus stops right outside and this is a definite bonus when leaving to return to the airport as it is the first stop on way en route and it gets packed by the time it reaches the last stop! Perfect location for the historic centre (only a five minute walk away, as is the nearest metro station - municipal. The area feels safe. You hear lots of negative things about Naples but I can only think that it is from people who have actually never visited this fascinating city. Yes it's grimey, has graffiti everywhere but it is very vibrant and the people are absolutely lovely and are clearly proud of their city The only scary thing about the place is crossing the road!!! Anyone who drives here deserves a medal!!!

We stayed at HG boutique hotel Toledo with 2 persons in the end of June 2022. The check in went smooth and was at a separate reception location, about 10 min walk from the actual hotel. They offered to bring us to the hotel by car, but we chose to walk. The hotel was located in the middle of the city centre, which was very nice! The room was clean, with a nice big bathroom and balcony overlooking the centre. Check out was very easy, as we only had to leave the keys in a basket. Overall we were very happy with the experience staying at HG boutique hotel Toledo!

La location: una terrazza sul mare veramente bella. Ho fatto colazione e mi sembrava di farla da un balcone di una nave crociera. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale sia di sala che della reception sono encomiabili. Spero di tornarci presto, sono stato veramente bene. Buon anno a tutti.
