Easy to find. Quiet and clean capsule hotel. Unfortunately for me. I've got to sleep near a loud snorer 😂. Could not get good WiFi when inside the capsule.

I stayed 1N here so that I could wake up to meet my husband when he arrived early the next morning. This is located in Terminal 2 & if u are landing from another terminals, simply take the free airport terminal shuttle. It is very clean & they supply pajamas, bedroom slippers bath towel, face towel, floor map, toothpaste & brush in a bag for your stay. However, try to avoid sleeping near the door (I am not sure if they'll give you a choice) as I didn't have a good night sleep. There were simply too many ppl walking in/out the sleeping pods. Whenever the door is opened, you'll hear the hairdryer blowing noise. Some travelers who wore their own flipflops will make noise while walking towards their own pod. It can get bit stuffy in your sleeping pod, I would advise to bring a handheld fan with you. Remember to bring along your travel adaptor as USD or Type-C connectors are not available in the pods.

Nice location, mange to get a some sleep before our early morning flight.

This is a very nice and clean capsule hotel to stay if you are transit here. And it is very near to the KS line station and convenient store.They even provide short nap and shower services. Ideal for solo travellers.

It's a bit hard to find, but you go down the escalator from the arrivals floor like you're going to the train, but pass the train and the shops, go through the glass door, up the escalator and then turn around. It's right there. It's very efficient inside - locker room to store your bags with your own key to a locked locker. A hall of sinks and toilets. A hall of showers. They give you a towel, a dressing gown, and a toothbrush with paste. You get ready for bed, then find your capsule, crawl in and sleep. There's an outlet and adjustable light inside the capsule. I suggest an eye mask and earplugs. Much like a hostel (but with much more privacy) you can hear the people around you and although the light is VERY dim, it's not black out.

For the price, it's a great spot if you have a connecting flight or have to wait for another form of transport Everything you need including silence 🤫 Surprising it's a big plus. Especially if you've had a big day Staff were very friendly to try to answer all my questions Overall, great stop over 😃💪👌

The location is excellent, only five minutes to the terminal. It features a private toilet and a separate shower. I slept very well and found it surprisingly quiet; though, that might have just been good luck not encountering any snorers.

It has all the basic amenities you’ll need — bath and face towels, a night gown, toothpaste and toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Inside the capsule, you’ll find one pillow and a blanket. It’s actually quite spacious, I would say. Just remember to bring a universal adapter and there’s only one power outlet available. No food is allowed inside, only water. However, there’s an open space outside where you can pack your meals and eat. If you get the package with breakfast, they’ll give you a Starbucks gift card worth 1,000 yen. Just a heads up — Starbucks only opens at 7am, so if you have an early flight, you might not be able to use it.

The location is great if you arrived to Narita in the arrival hall level, if you come from city to stay the night, it’s very confusing and limited directions to the hotel from departure hall level. There is no common rest area in this branch so you cannot eat here. They provide basic amenities like tooth brush and towels. But no cup to brush in the morning, inconvenient. The bed and pillow is very hard to sleep on, the capsule is not very clean as in you can see black spots on the wall. Overall people are considerate and not talking but it’s very noisy as people come and goes and always using the hair dryer all night round. I think I will not book again as it’s not a good experience and I did not get a good sleep due to the stiff pillow and bedding.

It was good. Some travelers unfortunately are not as quiet as they should be. They wheel their luggage to the pod and wake everyone. There are lockers for suitcases away from the pods so that was annoying.

It’s a straight forward purpose accommodation. When you need to take rest or to clean yourself inside the Narita Terminal 2 airport, you go to this place.

My first time in a capsule hotel, and it was a great experience. Clean and quiet. Super practical for an early flight!

Convenient, comfortable and quiet for when the need to stay in the airport to catch the next day flight.
