Ulasan International Garden Hotel Narita

From hotel to airport terminal 2, shuttle took 25min. Shuttle will arrive terminal 2 first. Then to terminal 1. So, from hotel to terminal 1, it takes 30mim by shuttle.

Large, clean and sound proof room, decent breakfast, good value for money. Would be a good place for a short stay.

Just a night before back. However booked non smoking room, still smoke smell inside lift & corridor. Breakfast plenty of carbohydrate, should provide more vegetable & protein.

Second time staying here but my first room was better and didn't have that odd curry/sewers smell. There was a lot of comings/goings as to where my room was so you can hear people outside a lot. Positives - hotel shuttle, water station, 7/11 in the lobby area, and helpful staff.

It is really a great hotel at and an affordable rate. If you have a flight the next morning or have an over-night layover it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the room amenities include slippers, a robe, toiletries, and a kettle. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is helpful. They used to have an onsite onsen but not anymore which is why I took a star off for their facilities. There is a 7-11 downstairs. They are near parks and a nice shrine. The airport shuttle is convenient. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again if we had a layover or an early flight just for the convenience.

This hotel is really in the Garden”( suburb). Serene and surrounded with natural greenery. For that, is a little remote from city. Fortunately, free shuttles provided with service from airport, JR station and even to and fro to Aeon Shopping mall nearby. Very helpful indeed.

Upon exiting Narita T1, shuttle buses depart from platform T16. The location is somewhat remote; to reach the city center, you'll need to walk 5 minutes to a bus stop, take a bus to a subway station, and then take the subway into town. The room is equipped with all essential amenities, though charging outlets are limited. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke fluent English.

The room was surprisingly spacious for Japan. Although it's an older hotel, it was impeccably clean and very well-maintained. The front desk also honored our room preferences mentioned in the booking notes. Overall, it greatly exceeded our expectations!

They offer direct shuttle services to the airport, train station, and shopping malls, which is super convenient for both shopping and catching flights. There's also a convenience store right in the hotel lobby, and their boxed meals are really tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

“Budget friendly hotel” An “ideal” choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport. As others have noted,the beds are wonderfully comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly and there was no language barrier easy to communicate in different languages. Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. The hotel is also nearby Narita city, and the shuttle service facilitates travel to and from there. The location is excellent, very close to Aeon Mall and many restaurants around there.

The room is not bad. Looks clean, but slightly dusty too. The bed is comfy, and despite the old look, it seems that they have maintained the room properly.

I chose this hotel because my flight the next morning was at 9:50 AM, and it's not far from the airport. The hotel is quite large, and while the facilities are a bit dated, it's still comfortable. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is very convenient.
