The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay. There were some negative sides, They have large pool but is not maintained well. The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls. Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

One of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely brilliant!! I only stayed for one night but wish I’d booked for longer. Beautiful interiors, charming building, attentive and kind staff, wonderful food, comfortable bed, great housekeeping team. I’m highly fussy about hotels and rarely say this - but 10/10, I will absolutely be staying again!

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott near Kochin Airport, and what could have been a stressful trip turned into a truly heartwarming experience, thanks to the incredible staff. My wife had a small mishap at the airport and hurt her leg, requiring immediate medical attention. In an unfamiliar city, this was understandably overwhelming, but the hotel staff went over and beyond to help us. They quickly arranged transportation to the hospital and assisted us with every detail, making sure we felt supported and cared for during the ordeal. Their kindness made all the difference. Despite the unexpected circumstances, our stay at the Courtyard Marriott was exceptional. The breakfast spread was extraordinary, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Special mention to Anjulika, who was incredibly sweet and kind. She ensured we had everything we needed, making us feel truly at home. The service, hospitality, and care provided by the Courtyard Marriott staff made our stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a team that truly cares for its guests. A very classy hotel. Only 9 months old. Excellent welcoming reception staff. Food is excellent. There is a terrace pool on the roof with great views. Bedrooms are spacious with a fantastic shower. They offer a complimentary and efficient taxi service to the airport.
