Stayed in executive room. Which was excellent with your own small Terrace. Excellent location near the SM shopping mall. Clean quiet rooms. Nice pool, breakfast was good with many choices.

Review for Casa Rafael Inn: 2/5 I stayed at Casa Rafael Inn for a short trip, and while it has its comforts, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel. Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

The hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying. On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at Dolores Tropicana Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the view from our room was beautiful. Overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. Thank you!

I have travel all iver the world and stay in many hotels and I can honestly say that the staff are exceptional in evthey do..made to feel so welcome and before even ask gor anything needed they already offer you it.yes marks Sheena and other 2gentlemen work there are truly the best staff I've had in any hotel ...brilliant at their job and go above and beyond. I ca by recommend this hotel enough..Wirth every penny..I'll be staying there every time back in gensan...tha k you so much for your help service and lovely manners impeccable work...excellent 10 out of 10..from Davie a well traveled scotsman...

My suggestions, if you travel to Gensan city, so choose the Georgie hotel.. The reason is, it is easy to get in touch with happiness, close with the public park/ bus terminal/ 7-11/Mit. Super market/ Jollibee Quick food/ private hospital/ government Hall...... And at a cheaper price, you can afford 24h/ 700php

Super good location it is near malls and hospitals and a lot of restaurants. The check in is smooth and the room is spacious and clean. Only downside at least during our stay is the ongoing renovations we can hear the drillings in our room but it stops during the night. The breakfast buffet was also relocated to a nearby resto so we had to walk a bit to get there but so close not really a hassle. The food selections in the breakfast buffet is a bit underwhelming though I think fair enough for the price. Over-all a recommended place to stay in GenSan!

Quiet location, a bit away from the city center Lots of flowers and plants. Everything I need is still about 200 meters away.

I enjoyed the stay, the room was clean, and the staff was accommodating. The Wi-Fi was not fast enough for us to watch Netflix, and the pool is not available according to the website's maintenance schedule.
