Room was spacious and nice! Check in was also a breeze. They were very ADA accommodating when I asked. Breakfast is what’s expected and it’s super clean all throughout the hotel! Very highly recommend! Only gripe was another guest being super obnoxious between 1am and 5am.

This location is amazing and the hotel was so comfortable and staff was fantastic 🙏🤩 My king size bed with view of pool was amazing 🤩. I do recommend to stay here. The area is on the border of Arizona and the Colorado river is visible too!!! The scenery was relaxing and waking up to a bright sunshine 🌞

My sister is traveling across the country and needed a quick stay to get some rest. We booked a room for her from where we are in Texas, to stay at this motel. Upon her attempt to check-in, she was informed that two reservations were booked for her, which seems to have been a mistake on part of the booking agent. My sister booked directly with the hotel and checked in. Upon trying to cancel the extra reservations so we would not incur charges, the agent said that we need to contact the hotel directly. We called the motel back and a man answered the phone and tried to direct us again to Booking.com. He became frustrated and yelled, “You know what” and put me on indefinite hold. When I called back in another attempt to resolve this matter, Sonia answered. Before informing her of the reason for my call, which was to confirm that the Priceline reservation was canceled and inquire about the Booking.com reservation, Sonia became very upset and yelled that I need to contact Booking.com. She continued to scream that I would be charged if I didn’t have it canceled within an hour (it was already 5 PM) and that it didn’t matter what I said because they are a franchise and can do whatever they like. She continued yelling for another 2 minutes and said “We can refuse service to whoever we want b***h” and hung up the phone. Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had with any company.
