I recently stayed at Vivanta Colombo Airport Gardens and had a mixed experience. The pool area is absolutely fabulous, offering a great place to relax. The food exceeded my expectations, with wonderful flavors and a good variety. The staff were notably attentive, contributing positively to the overall experience. However, the pricing felt a bit steep for what was offered, especially given the disappointing room view which was just overlooking buildings, contrary to the picturesque images advertised. Additionally, the terms and conditions were confusing and poorly written, potentially disadvantaging guests. A word of advice: skip the pricey airport shuttle service, which costs 4000 Sri Lankan rupees, and opt for an Uber or PickMe ride, which you can get for around 500 rupees.

The aesthetic and calm environment was inspired us to celebrate our first wedding anniversary at vivanta hotel. We are truly grateful for your gracious hospitality. We remembered all the beautiful memories we had in our wedding day too. Special thanks to chef Noyel Karunarathna (Mint Restaurant) for surprising us with a prettiest anniversary cake which we didn't expect. He turned our day to a memorable one. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Desserts were delicious and we enjoyed the BBQ live session too. We had a great time. Enjoyed our visit and hope to be there again! Many Thanks chef Noyel & Vivanta Team. ❤️

I was at Vivanta airport hotel recently just for a day. My room was clean, spacious , well equipped and comfortable. The hotels has a huge garden and clean nice pool to relax. The staff was friendly and good hearted a hallmark of exceptional hospitality. Special Thanks to Mr.Chaminda (the manager) who assisted me by arranging 02 beautiful cakes for my father's birthday. it was delicious and prepared by chef Sugath and Manisha. Food was delicious and prepared for our taste as we had special food requirements. The lovely staff - Ms.Chathuri at Mynt, well taken cared of us at the restaurant with her fellow colleagues. We had a enjoyable stay and a memorable experience !!

We are currently staying at Vivanta and will be checking out tomorrow evening before leaving to the Airport and I must say that we have had a wonderful time thus far. The food was amazing at the restaurant as well as room service . The staff at the restaurant are so polite, friendly, attentive and interactive with the guests, it was refreshing to see as we're locals and we've not experienced good customer service from hotels we've been to thus far. A special mention about the hospitality received from Chef Noel and Ms Chathuri, so caring and polite. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so clean and I know the rest of our stay will be nothing short of spatacular. Good luck to all and thank you for the complementary cake!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening. The highlight of our visit was the incredible food. Each dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Chef Noyel Karunarathne, who personally greeted us and went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable.
