The room is not clean, not even broomed. Before booking i tried to reach on phone but their contact numbers are not working. Our plan was to reach there by 6:30am and leave by 9pm on the same day. We requested them that we will be coming and need early checkin at the time of booking but they did not care. For them 12pm checkin is 12pm. You cannot be so rigid. We had to pay rs1000 for early checkin and then stay in 1 non ac dirty room. Water problem, hot water problem. We booked 2 rooms from 12pm but we did not get it even a minute ago. We told them that we need to go to dargah etc and we will not be in the room. So when you give us our booked rooms at 12pm we will be outside already. They told us to continue with the room. Unfair way of adjusting the room. We paid 3200rs for just half day. Extremely unfair

Though the accommodation was booked in advance for a 12 noon check-in, the person at the reception said the room was not ready and advised me to sit and wait for sometime when i arrived and asked for the room at past 12 noon. . Incidentally, the room was readily available as informed by the room boy, and i was given a room immediately. The room was okay for the price of rs 700 paid for it. But the bed linen could be cleaner.

Booked for a property but they showed another one which is in few hundred metres. My room was dirty with cigarette smell. Had host of other cleaning issues

Bedsheets where not clean. Rooms smell bad. Don't even provide a water bottle. Hotel for name sake.

Full mosquito no provided all out and cleaning the service is very poor and the look is awesome but not satisfied

The location is very cool but the service is not good at all and the also charge a heavy amount (rs500) for early check-in and also the room is not worth 900+500=1400-rs also the staff is not cooperating properly

Good stay, very accomadable

Not comfortable family couple don’t go.
