The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and the tariff is well priced.

This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Imagine fluorescent lights in the bathroom that need the ballast replaced so they can turn on properly again - but instead the hotel just leaves them as is and they struggle to put out a slight glow. Imagine contacting them to please set up the sofa bed because the two people staying in the room aren't a couple, and the hotel not only neglects to set up the sofa bed, they refuse to set it up other than to throw a bunch of sheets into your arms after you complain. That said, the location is very convenient if you need to be exactly in that part of town.

No cleanning during my stay. Great location, near to los angeles main attractions.

The main curtain doesnt even close properly so your window is exposed.

We just stay one night but it was a good location at West Hollywood and the room was fine

I would never go back. the entire place needs a complete remodel. looks like it has never been updated or even taken care of since it was built decades ago. broken light fixtures, warped floors, cracked tile, clogged bathtub, not clean, etc, etc, etc. one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, to be honest. I am fine with 3 star hotels but there is nothing keeping a business from being an amazing 3 star. this location is a terrible 3 star.

This Ramada Inn is run like a prison. They require a $300 security deposit which is ridiculous for a hotel with no amenities. Do not stay there.

I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel. At arriving at our room, my husband needed to plug in his oxygen machine and the outlet was loose, the fridge freezer section was not working properly, I tried calling the front desk and the phone was not working. I could hear the clerk but he was not able to hear me. Maintenance guy came and said the freezer is working, He changed the phone cord and said the phone is working, and after arguing with my husband about the safety of the loose outlet he said it was loose because it was placed on a soft wall. I asked for another room and they said that they were full and that we could move the next day. We decided to stay due to all the medical stuff we had to move and assumed that it wouldn't be better in another room. That night I noticed that there were handprints on the mirror. Gross... Second day, we were getting ready to go explore Cedar Sinai for my husband's appts the next day the air Conditioner cover fell, dust all over and over an inch accumulation of dust on the filter. I guess because it is covered no need to change. Also the window had mildew around the frame. Third day after coming back from a full day of doctor appts and dinner, I had stepped out and returned to my husband standing that we had a bad leak on the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came and put towels on the floor. No communication and when asked for an update they send the same person and he replaced the floor towels. Worst experience ever.

Great location in West Hollywood. Walking distance to awesime bars and restaurants and less than 10min drive to rodeo drive, beverly hills. BUT BE AWARE it is $50 to park your car at the hotel. It is not included, so be sure to expect that at check in. I would probably stay at a hotel that includes parking next time.

The floors were so sticky it felt like I was stepping on glue. The staff was never in the front. They were always in the back office area.

The location is the only thing going for this hotel. The parking is $50. The rooms are not cleaned. Unless you request them to be cleaned and they don't tell you that when you check into the hotel. When you talk to the "manager" he is rude and does not care that your room was not cleaned. Smoking is an issue as well.
