Hotel immaculate...maids give us clean towels everyday...food lovely ..staff lovely ...happy hour 4.30 till 6.30 every night is good ....plenty choice with food...we had room side of mercadona...if you go down that road to get to beach and shops it's not as steep ....Pauline tui rep is lovely ...people shouldn't put negative reviews as i cannot fault this hotel in anyway ....I'd definitely go back...Antonio was great getting us nice room..reception staff are nice friendly....a lot of walking but overall a lovely place ...

We returned yesterday from Nerja Club and can't praise it enough! Our room was just as we requested with a nice view & a large terrace complete with sun loungers & table & chairs. Beds were comfortable & bathroom was fine although a walk in shower would be an improvement! Everything was very clean. The staff were so friendly & the bar staff were amazing. Always cleaning & wiping down tables. Wonderful stay & highly recommend.

An immaculately clean friendly Hotel. It caters nicely for all our needs. We are half board and so far we have found the food very, very good, plenty of variety, some lovely Spanish Dishes with amazing salads all very appetising, contrary to other reviews I have come across. Very nice seating areas inside and out to read and relax. There are people here who seem to come year after year so that says a lot. Our only concern is being here three weeks we could of done with a slightly bigger room but it’s only to sleep in so it’s not a big problem. Would definitely recommend and book again.

You can't fault this hotel we were gen a pool view balcony room was fine and clean The staff were amazing.always helpful& happy.we went 13 nights and came back yesterday.i have just booked again for September for 12 nights.The only thing I would say the food could do with a bit of improvement but overall its a fabulous Hotel.Thank you to all the lovely staff see you in sept..

What a superb set up. Our room was exactly as advertised. Breakfasts were wonderful. Service was exemplary. We found nothing was too much trouble for any staff we met with. Everywhere around the Hotel site was always clean. The views from the Pool terrace were excellent. All in all, we are determined to return next year

My husband and I came for a weeks half board in January, we got a frontal pool view with the sea in the distance, great sunset views. Room was small and not a lot of storage space to be honest. The hotel has been taken over by a larger company who are refurbishing the hotel bit at a time. We used indoor pool once which you book into, it was fine but could maybe do with a freshen up, good to have that option though. The restaurant is nice and good was good, I’ve had better choices in half board hotels but to be honest there was always something to have, fish, chicken and meat choice every night with hot sides and lovely salads. I had read about food being cold, for the most part ours was hot, one night there was a stew brought out when I was standing, after taking a portion and sitting down I realised it was not even tepid, not great. But as I say that was the one night, on the whole I enjoyed the food. Entertainment was good, Neil the singer was fantastic!! Sang and danced the night away. When we were there there was a group of OAP Spanish friends there, they were fantastic dancers and were showing everyone in lines how to do the moves!! It was great! The staff were so friendly, polite and hardworking I hope the company realise how lucky they are and appreciate them! Jose is an absolute superstar!! Running around being so efficient always with a smile on his face! Hats off to all the staff I encountered they were great! One guy was a bit grumpy whenever we saw him and just seemed asif he didn’t want to be there. I really enjoyed my week and would return but try for a bigger room. Met some great people. Hope going forward the hotel retains its Spanish charm and great staff.
