Location was great. Close to Dusseldorf and Mochengladbach. An U-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel. (On-site) Parking was not an issue. If you want to check in during off hours a phone call/email to the hotel, or self check-in at the front door of the hotel will do. Room was clean and quiet. Yes it's tiny but sufficient to a family of four in our case. While the name B&B suggests bed and breakfast, breakfast is not automatically included but can be purchased on site. We got yelled at because we did not purchase the breakfast in advance and walked in and prepared to eat. But wait! We can always pay for it (later) right? The staff covering the morning shift that day argued that people 'normally' pay first (so we can not pay later?!).... To be fair, the dining area was clean and welcoming, and foods were there. There were no signages saying that 'Please pay before sitting down' or 'Please wait here to be seated'. The bottom line is that there is no reason to yell at people, right? Just kindly put down a bill/check would yield a much better travel experience. How did the entire incidence end? We paid for the breakfast, but did not eat anything. We walked across the street and had our breakfast at the McDonald's. We did not want to eat in a bad mood with a rude staff.

Reading previous reviews from the hotel gave me a totally wrong idea about. The buiding itself looks a little old, carpets should be removed, but appart from that, everything in the room is brand new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast a little expensive, but very good. Hotel is located in a very quiet area, lots of green, I didn't feel unsafe and there are lots of parking spaces. Staff is friendly.

La struttura è nuova e ben curata. Il servizio del personale è gentile e professionale. La colazione è davvero ottima, c'è tanta scelta e tutto scelto con cura e estrema attenzione al cliente. Era la prima volta che soggiornavo in questa struttura e mi è stato regalata una sistemazione di benvenuto oltre le mie aspettative con una camera più grande rispetto la media, super spaziosa e provvista di ogni confort. Anche se leggermente lontano dall'aereoporto, la struttura è a una 15 di minuti dal centro di Burgplatz che consiglio di andare a visitare specialmente nel periodo di Natale con un piccolo mercatino tipico.

Das Hotel ist sehr überschauerlich, die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt, und sehr freundlich. Frühstück gibt es von 6:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr, es ist sehr gut und ausreichend- alles frisch! Zimmer sind klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und sie sind sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen! Preisleistung ist perfekt!

This is a business hotel ideal for conferences Hotel is remote from the city of Düsseldorf. Rooms are basic with very low quality thin pillows and a very light blanket. Breakfast and internet are good. Within a walking distance there are some shops and restaurants. Not for holidays. Staff was very polite and helpful.
