We were the 4th time in Edelweiss. Everything was wonderful. What we miss is a whirlpool in the spa. And we would like to have the outside pool open for kids in the afternoon for 1 hour and not only 30 min. Location is excellent. Food was very tasteful and according to our desires. Staff so friendly and willing to help

Beautiful place for nature lovers. Different options for skiing and many activities possible. Sauna and outside pool area are amazing. Staff very nice and owners very polite. Very well organised, very good hospitality and excellent food

This is an excellent hotel. There are two main types of room, some traditional style and more modern style obviously built more recently. Both styles are good, a small add in the modern style rooms is a fridge and a coffee/tea maker. Not all rooms have a view of the glacier so if you want that then ask. The food was very good. The hotel is convenient for buses which are all free as are the mountain lifts. The outdoor pool is heated and the spa facilities are very good. Overall this is a quality hotel.

I have been staying in this hotel for years. Every time it surprises me with some improvment. The service is great, Facilities offer plenty places and ways for relaxation. Rooms are specious and have very comfortable beds. I always stay in skiing season so shuttle to the glacier is a great convenience. The food is great. Lots of choices but whatever you choose is mouth watering. Complements to the chef. I placed couple of photos from a dessert day that is one of the attractions. To sum up you do not want to leave.

We had a great week here. 2 wheelchairs were no problem at all and everything from shuttle service to accessibility were flawless all the way. The hotel was very clean, modern and had everything you need for a great ski trip. The big storage room for ski equipment was perfect! Very kind and helpful staff, but a special thanks to Martin in the restaurant who took great care of us every breakfast and dinner!

A wonderful vacation Me and my wife was spending a week in this hotel. It is simply fantastic. The breakfast has a lot of choice healthy and not, a good start for a great day in the slopes at Stubaier Gletcher. There is an afternoon snack that is like a lunch and then the dinner. Just a word for the dinner terrific, so tasty and such a variety of taste. My compliments to the kitchen and to the staff they are very kind and makes you feel at home. The hotel is very clean as well as the spa. I would recommend to anyone to come here. One of the best hotel I have ever been. The prices and the standard of the hotel are adeguate. In essence a fantastic hotel in the middle of a beautiful nature. Thanks and see you next year! /Jonas & Annika

My wife and I spent a week in January in this lovely hotel with a small group of friends. We liked it so much we booked again for next year before we left. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view, everything was whistle clean everywhere. We swam every morning and afternoon in the heated outdoor pool, enjoyed the sauna and spa and did three included guided snowshoe walks with Markus, who chose routes just right for great views and interest. The other days we skied and walked and the hotel made everything easy to organise. The exercise meant we enjoyed the food even more, it was consistently good, varied, light, colourful and tasty, and there was so much choice there was something for every taste. It was our fifth trip to the Stubai valley but the first to this hotel, and it was definitely the best. If one thing stood out, it was that all the staff really seem to like their job, they are efficient and friendly. It's a top hotel but not over formal, just a relaxing place to be.

This is the fifth year we came in this hotel. This is year in the new rooms. What can I say, these new rooms are just amazing. The courtesy and the food is always at the top. I would recommend this hotel because I simply think it is the best. The owners and the staff do anything required to make the stay unforgettable. The think I like the most is the day of the desserts 😁. Hiking here of course is just wonderful.
