I used to stay there whenever I went to Delhi. I liked the idea of the hotel hiring physically handicapped person (mute).

Close to the airport. Lots of variety at breakfast. Excellent customer service from all members of staff.

Hotel was well located near the airport. Pool and gym were great. Service was good. Choice of two restaurants with a good food selection. Spa service was good with a broad range of offerings. Only negative thing was all prices had 25% tax added and then an additional 9% on top so not very transparent. Would stay again.

Outdated hotel. Lots of sound coming from the hallway and people walking around. Check in at 2AM took more than half an hour, unclear for what reason (we were the only ones there). Bad lighting in the rooms and average breakfast. There are definitely worse hotels, but for ＞100 USD I would have expected better than this.

Facilities good and staff are nice they have special treatment for disabled persons i recognize it to there staff moatly housekeeping.

Fantastic location in the Aerocity right next to a variety of shops and restaurants. The service was excellent and the rooms are really clean. Highly recommend for a quick stay while waiting for a flight.

Decent stay overall. The relation of quality and price is not very competitive, as with this price you can get a much better room in the city. Only convenient if you arrive very late to the airport, but then again it is not so near as it seems. Excellent breakfast and kind attention from staff.

The best thing about this hotel is they have staff who as physically challenged 🙏🙏this initiative is really appreciate location is very ideal Breakfast is amazing and bang opposite is food court

Overall a pleasant stay, there was lingering cigarette smell in one of the non smoking rooms but that is more due to inconsiderate fellow travellers who choose to smoke in non smoking rooms and less on hotel.
