My wife and I stayed at the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity on our first trip to India in Dec 2024.  It was basically a entry and exit point to India as we traveled to serval different  states while we were there.  That being said it is 5-8 minutes from the airport by uber, we found that it has nice shopping near by in Aerocity that is more western style, restaurants on site are OK, bar and services are good.  We will definitely stay there again if we go back to India through Delhi

I asked for a non-smoking king-size bedroom They gave me a room that was stinking cigarettes, single bed. I called the reception and they dared to respond that this room was non-smoking and that there was no reason to change my room. From the yellowish toilets (not flushed) to the stained floor that had not been mopped, the room was disgusting. I was exhausted from a long & hard working day, it was late, and did not have the energy to fight to be moved to a decent room. I had a poor sleep in that smoking room.

Great location! Somewhat affordable price. Reception staff were somewhat rude, not every welcoming - you would need to make yourself known to them as you approach the reception area - even if there were many reception staff. Arrived - and straight away they were upselling their rooms, quite embarrassing when you paid so much money for your room and it was not ready during checkin time and they said you can either pay for a room upgrade to get your room or wait for an hour. As a well known hotel brand and a member of the Accor group - worst customer experience I have experienced upon checkin. However overall stay was good.

Amazing hotel in the middle of Aerocity. The breakfast menu was excellent and tasty. The staff were polite and super helpful. We had dinner at Food Exchange and that was lovely too. Didnt get tine to use the pool, may be next time :)

Good location, pricey room services but it is what it is.

Overall, a reliable, comfortable stay with great hospitality.

Current stay at Novotel is good. Housekeeping is responsive, especially Mr. Roshan did an excellent job on follow ups and requests. Restaurant breakfast buffet is good. Elevator music could be a little bit different for different parts of the day. Lower lobby level seating areas could use a change of furniture
