Ulasan Sarovar Portico Naraina Delhi

My recent stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico was far from satisfactory. The hotel is located in a narrow lane, making parking a major hassle. Waterlogging was also a recurring problem during my visit. The room sizes are incredibly small, with barely any space to move around. Cleanliness is a significant issue here; the lobby carpet was dirty, and the first room we were given had a filthy toilet and a malfunctioning safe. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room, but it had a musty smell due to moisture and dampness. Finally, we were shifted to a third room, which was slightly better but still very small, especially the washroom. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it.

Pathetic will be under statement! The bath towels are at least 10 years old and same with the bed linen and they all have turned to yellow color from white !!! The entire hotel has just two iron boxes and you have to wait to get it and then after sometime someone will come back asking for it - never knew iron box so costly and rare object ! The room is not clean at all, all dust everywhere and very old. The location is way too pathetic. Never going to stay there and please stay away !

An amazing stay at Sarovar Portico Naraina. The staff has been great, especially Mr Harish from Housekeeping, Ms Anshu and Mr Vijay at Dine-In Area & Ms Kajal at Reception . It's was a lovely stay and I'll again go there. I stayed there 2 times with 1 day break. Breakfast at Dine-In was tum ranging from the Dosa to Chole Bhature to Cold Coffee. Every day Ms Anshu assisted us with my breakfast. The 13 day was a great relaxing time for my hectic schedule. Thanks to all the staff members for such a pleasant stay. Thanks to Sarovar Portico Naraina Things which can be improved * The complimentary things and paid things should be clarified well in advance so that there is better customer satisfaction. * There should be a Fan as some people are more adaptable to them in some seasons. It's just my honest opinion.

I stayed at the hotel Sarovar portico naraina. New delhi from August 2024 the check in progress was smooth and the staff ware friendly my room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the hotel and the breakfast buffet had a good Front desk pankaj, ravinder pushpa. Kajal very friendly . Thankyou for a great hospitality 😍

Amazing stay with great hospitality! The staff is professional and friendly, everything is clean and just perfect. After many times in Delhi this place is ...good and special front office staff was good Mr ravinder singh and Ms kajal and Mr pankaj and in night shift Mr balbir so helpful all staff.

Could be better, the bathroom cleanliness was okay (little old). The room temperature control was not proper, should be updated. The room services was the best feature, food was top notch and the overall ambience is attractive. Would surely recommend to stay here in the Mayapuri area.

The hotel was very nice and very beautiful and I stayed for 2 days in room no 109 and my stay is very comfortable and front office area so beautiful and restaurant is also hygiene and buffet system so good and service also nice and i talking about the staff, i liked miss pushpa the most.her behaviour in the front office,her way of speaking i liked it so beautiful i would definitely like to come to this hotel again thank you sarovar portico hotel and thank you miss pushpa.

Very bad experience, price are high and standards are very low , waste of money, Charging like 7 star hotel and services are very poor, ac not working all day it was hot they didn’t changed the room, waited long time to get the room ready, they charged for big room and gave us small room, stinky room and smelly blanket and bed sheets, washroom very small, outdated shampoo in the washroom and no sleepers and vanity kit in the washroom, electric kettle not working, not enough tea and sugar it was very bad experience not again

Nice and pleasant stay. Always prefer this place. Food is also good. This place is near to metro and my office. I really liked serive and assistance from Front desk executive Ravinder Singh. Found him very friendly nad helpful. He assisted me in finding my lost DL also.
