Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

O hotel é bom, nada excelente, esperava mais pelo preço que foi pago, o em torno é uma região bem comercial, e tem muitos pedintes, os quartos são espaçosos e bonitos, tudo muito limpo, atendimento amigável, café da manhã super bom. O hotel conta com uma área de lazer muito boa com 2 restaurantes, 1 bar, 1 sala de ginástica e 1 spa. Diria que por dentro é um paraíso e por fora um prédio antigo.

One night was the most I could ***age. The main reception area was very busy with hardly any seating and a lot of tours coming through. All fine but this is no 5 star hotel, which is what it calls itself online. The rooms were so dated and unkept (maybe the pandemic slump hit them hard). The wooden furniture (bed, side tables and desk) were faded and peeling. The ceiling had open holes to what we could see a lot of wiring from the AC unit. It had a weird smell. The bath tub and shower had a serious drainage problem, didn't feel clean at all. The one thing that was good, was the bedding and towels seemed clean, so I did stay one night as Delhi had a city wide event and was hard to move hotel. Location is great so spent most of my time out for work and in cafes and restaurants nearby. ++The hotel felt safe and the staff were extremely helpful - especially the house keeping team. Breakfast was average

We stayed for 5 nights at The Roseae New Delhi, it was our first time in Delhi and I would definitely recommend this place for travellers. They have state of the art facilities and interiors, with impeccable customer service. I would personally like to thank the reception team and the housekeeping team (Diya and Sumit) for attending to all our needs. I cant thank them enough for their customer first attitude and for all they did to make us feel comfortable. Thank you and I would look forward to staying here again.❤️

Holiday Inn is a long time reliable chain. That’s why I chose it this time. Room was very nice and comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is very close to the airport which has made things very convenient. Especially worth mentioning: the guy from room service dining, and one of the airport transfer pick up guys were particular friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

飯店規模不大，但整體環境良好，距離購物中心最近入口100米不到，床組及衛浴用品在印度來說算是很乾淨的，房間設施狀態也正常，前台人員一般，客房服務人員態度友好，餐廳就一般以上水準，另有一家中式餐廳（解解饞可以，但不能用正式中菜去對比），距離機場在不堵車的情況下，45～60分鐘，消費跟周邊飯店比偏高。

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

Even though it was located away from the busy city center, i preferred that as that meant it was quieter. I loved that we were situated near to some beautiful monuments so the view out of the windows were great. Service was alright but I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the design of the lobby and the interior of the rooms were great!
