Hotel berhampiran Citang Old Street, Bandar Taipei Baru

This place is very neat and brand new,, Clean and very nice view of mountains. The view was excellent! We hailed a cab to get there from the airport,but the driver got lost even with GPS. Since Jiufen is located on high mountains with very narrow roads, we felt a bit car sick from 1 hour and 30 minutes of the ride at the end. We, however found out the hotel was actually located on very convenient and easy to get by next day! The outside spa was not that clean, neither even was not warm enough to get in, the weather there was very cold! The breakfast was worthy to have, because around there no place to eat unless you take a ride to get down to Old Street place. We felt a bit chilly inside of the room, it could be the cold weather at this time ( in March?) One thing very odd was the length of the bed in the master room, even for me my feet could touched the end of the bed!( i am 5’2”.) Overall not bad, liked their clean and staff were very friendly. If you got bed knees, watch out those enormous steps every other corners!

老闆娘很貼心的帶我們了解房間內設施，整個房間內裝真的超級可愛，非常歐式風格，會激起少女心！ 房間坪數很大，窗戶外面就是海，會看到貓咪散步在外面。衛浴有淋浴間跟浴缸，水的溫度及水量也很夠，房間內是沒有電視的，可以好好享受九份，公共空間的佈置也很溫馨，有免費茶包跟水以及很多書籍可以看，戶外的貓咪也超級親人跟可愛，還會來敲門～真的很適合喜歡小動物或是想要好好體驗九份的人來！ 唯一小缺點就是房間可能因為是木頭地板，所以有人走動都會聽的很清楚，淺眠如我的人可以戴個耳塞，會好一點喔～ 民宿到停車場中間有個小路可以往下走，會到大馬路，接著往左走會有條步道，可以通往老街前的大馬路，路程大約12分鐘，晚上都有路燈～可以省下停車費及鍛鍊身體💪

Absolutely brilliant BnB if you are on a road trip around Taipei! Brilliant view with superb tranquility, awesome hosts who are welcoming, can be talkative and give local recommendations, also with a scrumptious breakfast! Will definitely visit again to chat more with the knowledgeable hosts 🙂↕️🫶🏻

Great location, within 5 minutes walk from the old street. The hotel is well furnished, with a common area on the 1st floor, where traveller can relax, have coffee and do some casual reading. Great arrangement. The room is exactly the same as shown in website. Spacious and well equipped. The sea view from the room is fascinating, must book with this view. Free parking is an additional bonus. The breakfast provided was marvelous, very delicious. Hotel owner are really friendly, show us sight seeing area closeby. Highly recommend to couple and family want a warm stay in the area.

Place was a pain to find, no signage visible. Google maps will lead you to the hotel higher up which also starts with H&. The photos make the place look much nicer than it is. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I stayed at this homestay for one night and I was satisfied with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and good value for money. The homestay also offered tour and massage services, which I appreciated. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient for elderly people or those with large luggage. We only had bagpacks so no issue. There were a lot of stairs to climb and the homestay was not easy to find. However, the homestay provided detailed directions and was responsive to my messages. Overall, I would recommend this homestay for a short stay.

房間很漂亮，走路到老街5分鐘，唯一的缺點就是濕氣重，早上起床的時候棉被及衣服都濕濕的，要隨時注意除濕機的水是否滿了，必須24小時開著才不會濕氣太重

The location is fantastic. The hotel is literally right inside the jiufen old street. The owners are very nice. The black dog is very obedient. Ok to store luggage inside the hotel after check out. Only thing is the bathrooms inside and outside the room stinks very bad, the room is dusty. But you can’t expect 5 star luxury hotel inside this old cute little village of jiufen so it’s understandable and tolerable. Sandwich, toast, instant milk tea & coffee, home made soy milk right at 8am. Has a pretty view of the mountain.

Booked very last minute and couldn't find any place else and saw this place. Was skeptical at first but booked anyway. We booked a room without window and thought it will be bad but it turns out well. There is still natural lights coming from the toilet and also the room is spacious and well equipped with everything we need. Room is also well lited even though its windowless. There's a casual place at the top floor for eating and chilling and a rooftop patio to look out into the sea and the surrounding. Very nice indeed. Room walls a bit thin so you might hear noises but otherwise it's really a nice stay. It's such a short walk the famous tea street and also about just less than 5mins to the bus stop. Highly recommend!

The stay was excellent! Absolutely loved it! It was very near the main jiu fen street (just about a 3min walk) and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The common areas are so beautifully decorated and there's plenty of space. I love how they prioritised this and not just turn everything into bedrooms. Very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. You get porridge with a variety of dishes to go along with. They also have bread with butter/jam available. The stay is located on top a flight of stairs. Our group traveled as a family with 2 senior citizens and the flight of stairs were a little tiring for them. Do take note if you're taveling with those who are older or have difficulties walking. It isn't too bad, but can definitely be tricky for some. Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay. This place is one of the prettiest out of the rest we scouted for jiu fen as well. It's a good pick and I would stay here again if I were to come back to jiu fen. Hope you find this helpful! Cheers!
