Homely feel and beautiful sea and mountains view. Right next to the jiufen old street. Be prepared for lots of steps though. Certainly recommended for couples.

The hotel has wonderful views over the bay, it’s at a lot of steep stairs so come prepared for that but the staff were helpful and the stay was very pleasant.

The stay was excellent! Absolutely loved it! It was very near the main jiu fen street (just about a 3min walk) and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. The common areas are so beautifully decorated and there's plenty of space. I love how they prioritised this and not just turn everything into bedrooms. Very thoughtful of them. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. You get porridge with a variety of dishes to go along with. They also have bread with butter/jam available. The stay is located on top a flight of stairs. Our group traveled as a family with 2 senior citizens and the flight of stairs were a little tiring for them. Do take note if you're taveling with those who are older or have difficulties walking. It isn't too bad, but can definitely be tricky for some. Overall, we had an absolutely lovely stay. This place is one of the prettiest out of the rest we scouted for jiu fen as well. It's a good pick and I would stay here again if I were to come back to jiu fen. Hope you find this helpful! Cheers!

Small room but clean, neat & tidy. Love the tranquility overseeing the vast sea & mountaintop view. Excellent for retreat. Food was very tasty and healthy too. Staff were helpful with our luggages.

Nice location with a beautiful view and friendly staff. Very clean, and interior with modern style. Just a few minutes to walk (steps downstairs) to the old street. If you arrive by bus at Jiufen, it’s more convenient to have less luggage. It’s quite a “workout to climb up” the stairs to the location. Arrival with a Taxi is possible and easier. We traveled with bagpacks and had no problems with the small streets and stairs. Service was very good. We left early in the morning before breakfast time, but breakfast to take away was prepared. I love this hotel! The view, the food, and most importantly, the service!

Easy to get to from Taipei by bus , i booked a sea view room unfortunately we did not see the sea ! As it was constant rain and mist - not the fault of the management, I would recommend to check the weather forecast before paying extra for this view . I highly recommend to wear trainers and bring a rucksack rather than your luggage case . As the location of the B&B is up a several very steep steps - we brought our rucksacks after reading the reviews and I was so glad ! Otherwise breakfast was Simple , location great . But a very touristic area - okay for staying for 1 night
