Had a brilliant experience here. For such an affordable stay the quality was excellent, the room was lovely, clean and cosy and the services offered were great - kitchen, lounge, computer/library area and laundry room. They also have activities like movie nights which is such a great bonus. The staff were extremely kind - especially Yari - who helped my friend and I when we missed our bus. We really felt taken care of. The location is also great and well connected with a subway station a few minutes away and it felt safe walking home at night. I couldn't believe we found this place and that it was as good as it seemed, especially for NYC! I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much to the staff who made our stay so enjoyable ❤

During my week-long stay at Hi New York hostel from December 14th to 21st, I found the overall experience to be quite enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the ever-present front desk staff who were helpful and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my stay The proximity of the canteen and cafeteria next to the reception area added to the convenience. The cafeteria offered a delightful selection of freshly baked goods and various beverages, making it a pleasant spot to unwind. While I explored nearby Bodegas for budget-friendly groceries, the hostel's public kitchen became my go-to for preparing breakfast and dinner. Although the communal kitchen occasionally suffered from post-use neglect, the dedicated hostel staff ensured it remained clean and well-equipped. The cleanliness of the shared facilities extended to the toilets, which were consistently well-maintained and stocked with amenities. This attention to hygiene contributed significantly to a positive overall experience. Despite booking a bed in a 12-bed room, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and the daily cleaning routine carried out by the diligent hostel staff. Adding to the positive experience, the Hi New York hostel's location proved to be exceptionally convenient for exploring major destinations. The hostel's close proximity to a subway station, just a 2-minute walk away, made traveling around the city a breeze. This accessibility enhanced the overall convenience of my stay, allowing me to easily reach and explore various attractions without any hassle. The strategic location near the subway station was undoubtedly a valuable asset for anyone looking to make the most of their time in the city. In essence, Hi New York hostel provided a comfortable and budget-friendly accommodation option with its friendly staff, convenient amenities, and well-maintained communal spaces. Harga ★★★★☆ Pengangkutan ★★★★☆ Kebersihan ★★☆☆☆ Saya menginap di tingkat 8 selama 3 malam. Di tingkat 8 dan 9, hanya terdapat satu tandas berkongsi (tandas + pancuran) untuk wanita. Terdapat hanya tiga bilik pancuran mandian di bilik pancuran mandian, dan kepala pancuran mandian yang pecah tidak dibaiki walaupun selepas beberapa hari, jadi ia tidak mencukupi untuk menggunakannya. Orang yang menggunakan pancuran mandian sering mengunci pintu dari dalam, jadi saya terpaksa berulang-alik antara bilik dan bilik mandi untuk memeriksa sama ada pintu terbuka. Pada suatu hari, saya tidak mempunyai pilihan selain menggunakan bilik mandi di tingkat 9, dan saya terkejut melihat banyak acuan di bilik mandi di bahagian bawah semua langsir pancuran mandian. Berbanding dengan asrama yang saya gunakan di kawasan lain seperti Washington atau Boston, aspek kebersihan benar-benar mengecewakan. Namun begitu, ia berbaloi untuk tinggal jika anda inginkan tempat yang agak murah dengan pengangkutan yang mudah dalam kos sara hidup yang tinggi di New York.

I just stayed at the Motto in Times Square for the weekend, and had a great experience. First, let me say that I was born and raised in NYC (I live about 30 miles north of NYC now), so I know the NYC area very well, and it was such a joy to experience the city as a ”tourist” for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location near Times Square, where access to public transportation is very easy, as well as to restaurants, and Broadway shows. The hotel is very efficient and modern. The rooms are cozy, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, and the breakfast menu is delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Motto in Times Square.

Hotel has great location, there is a ferry and bus service right outside the hotel. Swimming pool and gym was okay. Overall stay was good!

Apabila saya datang ke Amerika Syarikat untuk perjalanan perniagaan, saya mula-mula pergi ke New York. Seorang rakan mengesyorkan tinggal di Pulau Manhattan. Terdapat ramai pelancong asing, dan bagasi boleh disimpan di tingkat satu. Orang-orang di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Tetapi kelemahannya juga jelas. Penebat bunyi sangat teruk Apabila orang di sebelah datang kembali atau berjalan di koridor, hampir tiada orang dan penebat bunyi yang saya hanya boleh menghidupkan minimum untuk menonton TV. Kebetulan terdapat mesin ais di pintu bilik (ciri hotel Amerika ia bermula setiap kali, seperti traktor Mujurlah, saya perlu menghilangkan jet lag dan tertidur dalam persekitaran yang bising. Di samping itu, ia masih merupakan hotel yang sangat baik dan kos efektif Orang yang mempunyai kualiti tidur yang baik boleh mengabaikannya.

Super friendly from the front desk check-in process to the restaurant and bar staff. Concierge was also very helpful. Great seating areas for work, relaxing, or enjoying a drink with friends. Good choice of gluten-free breakfast options both in the restaurant and for room service. You just need to ask. The staff were really friendly and helpful when informed of specific dietary needs. Had a brilliant stay in Hoboken. It was so quick and easy to get into the city (PATH: 15 minute/ 5 stop train ride from Hoboken into downtown Manhattan. Then you get the best of both worlds. A beautiful waterfront experience with pedestrian walkways and great restaurants, as well as access to the vibrant New York city life.

Excellent and awesome stay to the hotel we’ll definitely come back again soon

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

It’s at the average level. It’s far away from the airport, however if you take a taxi, it costs 6mins and 35 dollars!!!!! All the facilities are not at the expectation but the having enough space (quite big). The bed is comfortable to sleep. The toilet at the bathroom is always full of water (not dirty), it’s normal? Curious about that…… And the hotel service is also acceptable. Overall, as a Hilton hotel, it is under my expectation.
