Perfect location. The rooms are clean, enough towels are provided. From an environmental viewpoint it is weird to have the heating on and the windows don't fully shut, in the next renovation cycle you may add that to the list.

Many many people in One floor to use a bathroom only with three toilets but one blocked, three showers one is blocked another one no hot water, only one shower is available for using…

My room is not cleaned when I finished my check out, and I have to clean it by myself.

So so place to stay… but if your looking for a cheap and over night stay this is the place to be

Were it not for the access to the pool, sauna and steam room, I would say the rates are high given the size of t he room and other amenities, but having access to t hose facilities made it worthwhile. Would have been good to have had access to a computer without having to pay $10. I have no problem with the communal bathrooms and found all facilities to be very clean and felt secure in this setting.

All was neat and clean. Service persons were friendly and knowledgeable. It was, overall, great value and I was satisfied.

Pretty good for the price, great location, special thanks yo the lady in reception for going out of her way to help me.

Was not expecting much for the bathroom and showers but hope there was a locker so we can put our card and not care about them while showering.

Staff rude. Non helpful. Not doing much . Speaking not nicely to clients . Rooms - scary but you get what you pay for. Location great in Central Park corner . Noisy and hard to rest . Terrible bedrooms . No space at all . Could al least put some hangers in the wall ..:

First of all Trip should immediately change the name of the rooms. 'Luxurious Private Room', a 'shared bathroom with an other room'. No! The room is poor and the bathrooms are single but shared with all the other single rooms. To get to the bathroom you need to leave your room. Apart from that it is fine for a short stay. But I would pay a bit more to have a really private room with my own bathroom.

Very bad. Once I entered the room, there was strong bad smell that I almost threw up. I requested to change to another room, less smell but it’s still smelly. The bed and mattress are clearly dirty, very concerned about bed bug. At night, it was very noisy the entire night with people walking and talking on the hallway, close and open door loudly. Also the shared bathroom was not clean, and very embarrassing as the setting almost forced you to take off clothes in front of strangers. My advice, stay away from this place for the rest of your life if you can

Best features: Location and pool!! Bathrooms, rooms all very clean, not very noisy at night . I had booked a single room, and ended up in a room with a very sqeaky bunk bed. Guess they were out of single rooms. Nice view, though, towards Central Park. For upper Manhattan I definitely recommend.

The room was very sparse but adequate. I would have appreciated a waste basket in the room. The temperature in the room was perfect even though it could not be adjusted. The bathroom on the hall was the most disappointing. One bathroom stall was locked and not usable, one stall did not have a lockable door, and the third stall’s toilet dispenser intruded into your personal space. The shower curtains had spots of mold. There was limited space to set your toiletries. The ladies’ bathroom door was ajar which reduced privacy.

Horrible bed, horrible pillow, absolutely impossible to sleep, my head is cracking after such a sleep, absolutely impossible to relax. The heating is redundant and you have like 80 F in the room which makes it feel like sauna. The staff was unable to resolve the issue.
