Ulasan Hampton Inn Manhattan - Times Square South

The room was clean & comfortable. The shower was hot which was nice. Check in was easy & the receptionist at the desk was nice. I don’t remember his name or I would list him here. When I come back to NYC I will be staying at this hotel again.

Had a problem with the key card, but got solved after they gave a few cards. Now I had a doble charge on my credit card but don't know why. They DON'T have parking and charge $75 por the valet

It was pretty quite and clean. Very close to different interests places

The property was in a good location and offered breakfast.

Rooms and elevators are very small. Good location for getting to the sights but a bit sketchy on that street.

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and found the staff to be FANTASTIC. Room and bathroom was very clean. Beds were firm and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was also great every morning serving eggs potatoes and a meat along with waffles cereal etc. Location is great and only steps away from Times Square. I would definitely stay at the Hampton again!!!

The shower is liquing all the the night, and also in not a cleaning place.

I booked a room with a king bed. Got one with two double bed, and when I went down to tell them about the mistake, I was told that’s all they had. Hotel needs refurbishing very shabby. Breakfast was scary!

I liked our stay in this hotel. Location was good. Overall stay was also great except that there was no cold shower. Only hot water

Staff are kind and clearly need more help , you aren’t staying in a 5 star but that does not mean that basic needs should be ignored !!! There is NO hot water in showers in the morning I tried each day at various times and spoke the girl with glasses on the front desk about it and never got fixed . There is only 2 lifts and the cleaning staff need to use them but during peak times you can wait 30 mins to get a lift up or down . We stayed for 8 nights and I asked for our room to be serviced and all that we got was towels chucked on the bed . I ended up getting towels off the trolley left in the hall each day, The facilities need to be fixed e.g the gym ! 6 exercise machines and 3 are out of order as is most of the ice machines they all have being repaired on them but speaking to staff they have all been broken a long time. I appreciate it’s not the most expensive but it’s poorly maintained and we were left VERY disappointed and would not recommend .

The wait line during check-in was too long. Only one front desk staff was working. He was courteous and efficient when it came to my turn. But, I had already checked in on the Hilton App, and still I needed to stop by the front desk before I could get a key. What's the point of Digital Key? The room was serviced every day. That was better than expected. The spent coffee pod was not removed by the maid. Also, the dispensers in the shower were not refilled and were left empty for my entire stay. The room was a good size and the king-sized bed was comfortable. There were only two elevators, but there were no long waits. My biggest complaint was the broken equipment in the fitness room in the basement. Of 5 pieces of gear, 3 had signs indicating that they were not working. I chose this hotel because a fitness room was listed as an amenity. That was the biggest disappointment.
